On November 16th i made the wrong choice of buying from them. I bought items worth 2770 dhm. On the second day i decided to return the items as i was visiting Dubai and time was too tight to install them. So i went to thier shop and replaced the items with some other accessories worth 1700dhm. I had a balance of around 1000 dhm left and they refused to refund it immediatly saying they have a process that will take few days and that they will transfer the amount to my bank account. Its been more than a month now and I have been following up with them for several times. And all i get is you'll receive your money in few days. ⁷ Now they started to ignore my calls. I think if this company is that cheap over as little as a 1000 dhm then i would not trust them over any other transaction. Let alone leaving a car worth hundreds of thousends with them. Be ware! Update: i received a call from the management and they did refund my remaining balance.

Waited almos 2.5 hrs for nothing yesterday. Posted a wheel promo dhs.910 + vat and said that a set is comprised of 5 rims. You cannot buy a set of 4 wheels. Reason: they cannot sell the remaining piece. First time i hear this kind of reason.
