Extremely clean and friendly housekeeping. Sunbeds and beach service are a big plus. Very dog-friendly – huge bonus. The bar team is passionate and creative, crafting every drink with perfect balance and flair.

Just got back from our honeymoon. This place is a hidden gem. By far the best cocktails on the island. Mixologist is awesome and creative.

Beautiful location. Extremely chill vibe. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The suites are enormous, more like renting a condo. Not super fancy, but bright, airy, and modern (again, exactly what they show in the photos). Housekeeping does a great job of keeping the fridge stocked with drinks and the pantry stocked with snacks. The half-board option is an amazing deal, and we thought the food was very good. The whole staff was kind and thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our son’s 6th birthday special. Shout out to Carmine at the bar, who makes fantastic cocktails and is kind and friendly. Overall, we were so happy with our stay here!

Definitely a nice place to stay for the night, a nice and clean environment, the kitchen has a lot to look at... Compliments to the head nurse, let's draw a veil of compassion for some of the boys, the fishmonger's attitude doesn't reward "Erminio"... The kitchen needs to be looked at again, dishes without anything special but excellent quality of raw materials. There is commitment. During my stay I had some problems with the room and the receptionist Laura was not very kind to me and my wife.|I would return here after some improvements, it is a 3 star relais and not a 5 star hotel as advertised.

This place is magical! My wife and I were here for her birthday, we've never seen better sunsets in our lives. Also, this is definitely one of the best beaches on Elba, and there's a private section for people at Baia Bianca. We could just walk up to the beach every morning and get a cabana or chairs and an umbrella, no reservations needed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The bar was incredible, and they'd bring perfectly made drinks right out to your cabana. Finally, the restaurant is top notch. Probably the best place to eat outside of Portoferraio—and the views are SPECTACULAR. We watched the sunset while eating dinner every night. The only time we left was when we felt like hiking and exploring, they even had a rental scooter delivered up to the resort for us so we could go see the castles. It's expensive, sure, but it's in line with other 5-star resorts, and it's worth every penny if you ask me. You will not regret your vacation here, that's for sure!

This is by far one of the best places on the Isle of Elba. Upscale, tasteful and relaxing. Simona is the BEST manager that one can ask for. She is attentive, efficient, postive and pleasant to deal with on all aspects. The restaurant and Pool bar were fabulous- the food/ wine choices - top notch ! Carmine at the pool bar will make you smile and enjoy every moment that you are there!|The beach is gorgeous, the sunset is worth the trip! We hope to return with our family. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and we will have the memory of that time forever! Thanks to Simona!

A beautiful spot on the Isle of Elba. The hotel is located near the beach in Biodola which has crystal clear water and a beautiful sandy beach. The hotel has a private section on the beach with lovely comfortable loungers and umbrellas. They also provide beach towels. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and spacious, with plenty of areas for relaxing. The day beds are nicely situated in amongst the trees lining the beach. The room itself is more like a self contained apartment. We had a beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the sea, which had sofas and a dining table. Inside the apartment room we had a large lounge with tv and air conditioning, as well as a small kitchenette with a full size fridge. The drinks supplied were not included in the room rate (which was over £500 a night) which was disappointing- the small bottled beers were €8. The bedroom was spacious with a king dressing table - this could have done with a mirror above. The bathroom was a little tired and the shower wasn’t great. I imagine that when the resort opened in 2012 it was quite luxurious, now it seems a little dated in parts. The hotel restaurant was very poor in the evening, food was mediocre and overpriced. The breakfasts were better but again hot food was never very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the help from Carmine in the beach bar, organising a meal for us. He also made excellent cocktails to drink by the beach. Try his aperol spritz with ginger beer! The location makes this hotel a fantastic place to stay and the sunsets are something special. We would recommend this hotel.

Well a 5-star boutique resort rarely needs reviews... but this one truly stands out. I have been wanting to come here ever since I saw it from the beach a few years ago. So, when we arrived from the check-in until we left: it did not disappoint. We had an amazing room vista-mare, and a baby and everything as we dreamt. The wonderful location, the well groomed garden and minimalist yet picturesque architecture blends magically well with nature. Breakfast at the Bistrot was delicious with numerous options for vegetarians/foodies plus a special mention for Simona the waitress who was very fun to chat with. Finally to top it all for us, the reception invited us for a late check-out whenever we wanted not to stress with our little 5-month old. The cherry on the cake! Yes we will come back!
