If I were to describe this bar it feels you’re in the movie coco by disney. Festive, lively, bougie, italian, posh and fun. Every food item we ordered was a hit, especially the hokkaido scallops and devil’s delight pizzette SIMPLY AMAZING. The rooftop bar even captured the city’s stunning skylines and presented lots of photo opportunities that your partner/friends/family can’t stop posing for. And if you’re lucky enough, you can tap into the live music playing from esplanade’s outdoor events. Cocktails were not bad, but the mocktail had room for improvement as it tasted bland. Definitely a must visit for the experience and ambience OOOLALA

Baia was everything I hoped for and more — the views, the food, the drinks, the service… all on point! I actually celebrated my birthday there and it turned out to be the best decision ever 🥰. 💫 What we ordered: 🥗 Mezze Platter – So beautifully presented and surprisingly filling. The cabbage with dips? A game changer — I’m doing that at home now! 🥬 Veggie Kebabs – Grilled zucchini, onions, tomatoes, and capsicum — smoky and delicious. 🥩 Lamb Collar Kebabs – Good, but I wish they came with a dip like the veggie ones. 🍸 Huge South Side – A gin cocktail with elderflower and blue pea — refreshing, floral, and absolutely perfect for happy hour. 🎂 Bonus: They let us bring in our Friends-themed cake, and I even shared some with the staff since they loved it too! 🌃 And that rooftop view of MBS and the CBD? Unreal. The lights made it all feel so special. 💭 Would I go back? Absolutely — Baia’s officially my new favourite spot for celebrations.

This roof top bar provides an stunning view over the CBD area. I celebrated my 5th year anniversary here with my boyfriend. What a beautiful Saturday evening here! There was a private wedding which actually enlightened our evening even more. My boyfriend gave a special surprise by proposing me with a ring, cute tiramisu was given for our anniversary. The staffs were so nice that they recorded the proposal for us. And to top it off they gave us 2 shots of alcohol to enjoy our anniversary night. Really beautiful night!! Will definitely come again for our special night!

Had very high expectations of Baia, but the actual experience was a little lackluster based on a few details. Whilst the cocktail menu is very creatively crafted, the presentation however isn't exactly the most eye-catching or enjoyable. For example, the Aquarius was served in a small plastic Patron bottle which gave it a really cheap look and feel to the entire drink. Truffle fries were served with barbeque sauce, which does not flow together and in contrast cancels out the taste of truffle instead of complimenting it. Fish Poppers were lacking that final touch of lemon or lime to bring out the full taste and aroma of the fish. A saving grace however definitely was the Pink Pony pizza. Creamy burrata with the mortedella really works. Over all whilst the decor is really beautiful, the other parts of the dining experience was punching below its expected weight unfortunately.

I've always been wanting to go to Baia- finally got the chance last Friday and it did not disappoint. Okinomiyaki pizza was really surprising and well-balanced, and our drinks (Discopolitan & Baia Colada) were really good as well. However, the truffle fries were average. I'll definitely come back and try more things in the future!

Went to Baia Restaurant at Esplanade for the first time for my birthday dinner, and it was such a great experience. We arrived around sundown, and the atmosphere was super cozy and relaxed. Big thanks to the Baia team for the warm welcome and great service! They were really attentive and gave us some solid food recommendations too. The interior is beautiful, the food was cooked perfectly, and we ended up staying for hours just enjoying the vibe. Definitely coming back !

Food was not bad. Nice ambience on a weekday, not crowded. Service was acceptable. But not sure why waiter wasn’t sure which table to deliver food to & had to ask if we order x? Happened to us & the table beside us.
