Baifern Homestay

This charming Thai homestay is a peaceful place with great natural airflow and a cozy feel. It blends traditional Thai style with modern comforts, and even has friendly cats that make you feel at home. The food at their restaurant is delicious and the staff provides great service. The place is well-maintained and clean. Thanks to its smart design, the rooms stay cool with natural breeze flowing through. Given the great rooms and service, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Ayutthaya.

Very friendly staff, Phil was an awesome host, always ready for service and speaking english quite well. Rooms are confortable, nothing fancy, but everything was working well.

the staff was amazing! very friendly, helpful and involved and concerned for the enjoyment of your stay! they helped with our route through the city and recommended some things like the night market (which was amazing). the whole feel of the homestay is very cosy which i enjoyed a lot. the cats were also an added bonus! wish we could’ve stayed longer!

It is all about expectations! Extremely friendly and helpful family & staff, proactive in helping out. Lovely to our two children. Hot showers, clean linnen and sanitary. It is small scale and therefore somewhat more modest than the bigger resorts around. We’re not really cat lovers but were not bothered by them. The neighborhood could be a bit more silent through the night, our children slept through though. We really felt welcome and will come back if ever in Ayutthaya.

We stayed two nights in this very quiet place, walking distance to the historical center and to the restaurants alongside the Chao Phraya. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

We had a very pleasant stay at Baifern Homestay. It’s lovely to have the experience to sleep in the environment of a Thai family. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are a little hard, but that’s Asian style. They helped us with a nice temple tour. They cooked us a delicious meal and we watched the little kittens play in the garden.

The ambiance is nice, but the rooms are not. The shower is literally above the toilet, molds everywhere, no plugs, a tough bed and about 15 cats trying to steal your breakfast. No thanks. Otherwise would be fine.||If you already booked and you need to sit out your time :|The springrolls with an ice cold Chang beer were very nice.

Not worth the money, old not clean. We booked a Deluxe aircon room. It turned out to be a filthy staff room. I'm wondering how a standard room looks like? Maybe worth 250 baht a night. Reconsider before booking here
