Baileys Serviced Apartments

Raj and the team at Baileys made our stay in Perth wonderful. The rooms are well kept and have everything you need. Great location for everything in East Perth and just a short walk to the Stadium. Raj went above and beyond to help us out and I would highly recommend anyone stay here.

Was staying in Perth for 5 weeks with my hubbie whilst he was on business. A week into our first stay we wanted to move from our serviced apartment as it didn’t suit us. ||I found this apartment last minute and was immediately impressed with Raj in making this transfer so easy and stress free!|| He showed me around 5 Apartments of different layouts for me to see which one would suit our needs the most. Once I chose one, the moving in process was very welcome, easy and professional.||The apartments are dated in style and some work is needed here and there! But they are very roomy, well equipped and most importantly clean! ||If I was ever missing anything or needed more supplies, Raj or the cleaner would have this sorted immediately. Nothing was ever too much trouble. ||The location is very close to all the buses including the red & yellow cats which are free to travel on. It’s only 20 minutes walk into the CBD and close the swan river fur good walks or runs. ||There are convenience stores nearby including IGA & BWS. ||I cannot thank the team enough for making us so welcome and looking after us throughout the 4 week stay. I would definitely stay there again if in Perth.

Had an absolutely amazing time at Bailey's serviced apartments, we were there for our 34th wedding anniversary, Raj was so friendly and helpful, making our stay so memorable, he put a Thank you card and a bottle of wine in our room which we really enjoyed and appreciated. The one bedroom apartment was clean and beautiful and very spacious, the bed was so comfortable , Raj was so apologetic about the lift being broken, however he assisted us with our luggage up the stairs. Such a central location with the CAT buses just minutes away from the apartments. We will definitely be back Thank you Raj for looking after us and we will see you again Highly recommend

Accomidation was good with a great location. Staff were excellent, we were treated great by the staff during our stay. Only downsides were the terrible washer/dryer where the drying function on the machine just didn't work and left clothes soggy (this is a recurring complaint online of the specific washer they used). and the water heater in the room is tiny, so you can only use the shower with hot water for a few minutes before it goes ice cold

I had to stay somewhere overnight due to work being done at my house. Baileys Serviced Apartments turned out to be perfect. From the amazing service to the very nice and clean room, and surpisingly spacious and well appointed bathroom, the whole experience was great. I was particularly impressed with Sheree at the front desk who was so helpful and kind. I would go there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family and friends visiting Perth.

Stayed here with my family! I booked 2 rooms, one-room and two-rooms apartment. |The house is spacious, complete with basic amenities, very nice for family vacation, location is nearby city where you can ride free shuttle bus. |The area is so peaceful, unfortunately the shops will close early by 6pm and during weekends close by 5pm. |Totally will repeat my staycation here! Thank you so much Mr Raj for your best service. My family and I appreciate it very much! see you again. Already missing Perth by now.|Love from Malaysia!

A good, comfortable place to stay, quiet and handy for the free CAT bus. I've stayed here many times. The apartments are nicer than the studio rooms. Raj the Director is very accommodating where possible re early check-in. Thank you.

The appartement is so specious, great for families, big kitchen, big balcony, big living area. But what made our stay special was the staff. Morning and afternoon receptionists were so kind, polite, helpful, friendly, they were really wanting to help us in any way they could. Very different experience than another hotel we stayed nearby.
