Baileys Apartments

This was a great stay. Our room wasn’t serviced. They had ample amount of toiletries, coffee , tea, laundry liquid, fish tabs, dishwashing liquid. Only had one choice of tea bags. The wrap around balcony was awesome. I liked how they had a TV and air con in the bedroom as well as the lounge area. They got secure parking. It’s close to the red cat route too. Also there’s a few restaurants within a couple minutes walk. It was a great stay and I’ve already got it booked for another visit. The bathroom also had a Samsung washer/dryer. They had a clothes airer too .

Great location & spacious room! The check in time is only till 4pm, if you arrive late try to contact the property directly, I leave a comment on Trip.Com to inform property on my late arrival but I didn't receive any update after that, luckily I manage to contact someone on site to help me with, he share that he try to email and call me on the instructions to check in after 4pm but didn't manage to reach me. Hope Trip.com will improve on such communication of guest with property.

I stayed for a week and couldn’t be happier with the location. Very friendly and helpful reception which let me check in a bit earlier as I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, before check in time. I needed to drop off my luggages and be somewhere. The place is Clean with free Car park, the Italian restaurant downstairs is fabulous. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my stay.

We had booked in advance a family unit and then wanted to extend our stay by 1 night. Unfortunately they were fully booked except a studio style. We took it so we didn’t have the hassle of moving hotels. |The apartment the next night was excellent! The apartment is huge with comfortable huge king, balcony, kitchen, bathroom with washing drying facilities. Loved the apartment and can’t flaw it. Was clean and comfortable. |The studio however, uncomfortable bed and the bathroom smelt really bad - pretty sure it came from the shower drain. Was only for a night so we managed but wouldn’t book the studio again!! |The staff are friendly, and they helped us to move our things across to the other room! |The parking is secure through a locked gate. |Would definitely stay in the apartment again. 5 stars if we hadn’t encountered the other room :)

We arrived late so the office was closed. Received an email explaining how we can get our keys to get into the apar**ent. Car park was a bit of a challenge to get into if you are driving a large car (we drove a Rav4). You do get a large lot once you got inside. Accommodation was very clean. Lots of instructions to inform you how each appliance function. Aircon was weird as you must close the balcony doors before it works. Very comfortable bed in room. Rollaway bed has a missing wheel hence kept rocking when I am on the bed. Overall, very satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much.

On the 2nd of November 2023 I was authorised to perform photographic work for this company. The work was done and despite many invoices being sent there has been no payment made. Based on my personal experience, I would hesitate before supplying services or ask for payment up front. A Cease and Desist letter has been sent to the company.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Place is like Faulty Towers. Reception runs a 7 hr window 9am till 4pm. Theres no wifi. The letter they give you on check in is outdated. I arrived at 5.30pm and was locked out of my apartment as the lock was broken. Had to call the after hours number and ot took them some 45 mins before it was all sorted. The building is tired, apartments are sparse and poor value. I have seen better furnishings in an op shop. C

Reception hours 9am - 4pm. Quite unbelievable especially if most check ins start from 3pm. For check in times after reception close, you need to read your email carefully for instructions. Room wise ok, but toilet was not up to standard as a 4 star hotel. For the price, it’s still considered reasonable given the fact that it’s located quite near the CBD and it comes with free parking.
