The ice cream is crafted in-house using a 40-quart maker, ensuring a fresh and creamy treat. I chose the rum raisin which was delish! The parlour's friendly and efficient service adds to the welcoming atmosphere. While the owners may serve personally, visitors appreciate the personal touch and helpful recommendations . Please note that the shop operates on a cash-only basis . We stopped here on our recent trip based on recommendations from others. BRING CASH, this is a CASH ONLY small business. It’s a cute little ice cream shop with homemade ice cream featuring unique flavors. Our group had Bailey’s Irish cream, rum raisin, Bermuda banana and brownie clouds. All were equally loved! We spent $38 for (4) double scoops; some with waffle cones and a bottle of water. They accept USD currency. It’s right across the street from Swizzle Inn restaurant and next to the Crystal Caves. There are bathrooms outside for use.

It was a very nice experience. I ordered brownie special with coconut ice-cream. Great combination. Definitely recommend this place to check out in Bermuda.

Over priced regular ice cream. There usually missing all the exotic flavors. My plans wasn’t to drive a hour to eat vanilla ice cream . I would give it a hard pass next time.

Having lived in Europe for years, I was a little reserved about Bailey's being 'the best and most famous ice cream'. I must say it was the most underwhelming visit of anywhere we went in our 2 weeks in Bermuda, with overpriced and underwhelming ice cream. The flavours were maybe focussed on the USA market, with overloaded sugars and little in the way of natural fruit flavours or even proper ice cream. Disappointed and not recommended, and I won't be paying $10 for two 'little' scoops again.

Such great ice cream! So many flavor options, but our favorite was the Dark & Stormy! We came here twice during our trip because we enjoyed it so much.

Only reason I downgraded service was they didn't answer our questions. They up sold us on what ever they could. Than we gave a 20$ tip and they didn't tell us tip was included on the bill. Other than being taken advantage of the food was good

Love love love! Everyone here is so helpful and friendly, and the ice cream choices are extensive. I visited 3 times in one trip! Great dessert spot following a meal at the Swizzle Inn - or just make ice cream your meal! Every flavour I've tried was top notch. I'd recommend this spot to anyone.
