A great little gem of a motel. Located close to the free Cat bus services around Perth city and 5 to 10 minute walk to both McIver and Claisebrook train stations. It is very quick and easy to catch the train from the airport to Baileys Motel, costing a grand sum of $4.80!||The hotel itself is very comfortable and homely. The room I stayed in at the front of the motel also had a little balcony with chairs and table too! The rooms are very funky with a 60s vibe. ||I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Baileys to anyone travelling or visiting Perth. Walking distance or public transport to most areas.

I chose this accommodation for its price point and proximity to Optus Stadium. On arrival, I was wondering what we had let ourselves in for, as the reception area stairs reminded me of an old high school. The motel doors all opened into the central car park. Parking was secure. We managed to get 2 rooms side by side and could park right in front. Although the complex is old, our two rooms were redecorated nicely, with some very cute retro touches. The bathroom was not done up, but it was clean and maintained. The kitchenette had multiple appliances that could be used to heat or cook. Overall, looks can be deceiving, The motel was secure, our car was secure, and our walk to and from Optus Stadium was safe. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean.

What a great place to stay for a weekend in the city. It's modelled around a 60s, motel with old school phone and alarm clock. Good quality teas and coffees in the room shower were strong, and the place was quiet . Parking is free, which is a big bonus. The Italian restaurant next door is also a great place to eat.

Absolutely disgusting there appeared to be males body fluid along the single bed my mum was supposed to sleep in . I was told it was body lotion from children squirting it around when it’s quite apparent it’s not a family room with two single beds. Absolutely filthy smelt cover up to the max dirty filthy place never stayed somewhere so disgraceful

I had a wonderful stay at Baileys Motel. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ms. Anu, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, well-maintained with a balcony overlooking the park and in a fantastic location with easy access to attractions and restaurants. Exceptional customer service made my experience unforgettable, shoutout to Ms Anu!! Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back!

We had booked 2 adjoining rooms while we were on route in Kalgoorlie.||Spacious rooms with basic coffee and toaster and fridge available. ||We had rooms overlooking the road and park with balconies.||Comfortable bed.||Good size bathroom.||My wife and I stayed 2 nights and for our friends it was the last night of our adventure across Australia as they were flying back to New Zealand the following day.||Unfortunately for us, it rained quite heavily during the night and water leaked through the light fitting in the bathroom.||With our help and cooperation we took over our friends room after it was made up which worked out well for us as we had lots of left over equipment and gear we had bought for our Outback Way Adventure between the 4 of us so it only meant moving our gear into their room to add to theirs and then into our vehicle on check out.||The hotel was very apologetic and helpful.||Parking is good, behind an electric gate.||Close to CBD and within walking distance.||Restaurant on the ground floor which we had our final dinner together with our friends which was amazing.||Pool but we didn't use it.||

If I start with the good. Location is great. Walking distance to CBD. Parking within the complex. Bed was comfortable. 3 stars might be generous. Upon arrival the motel didn't feel safe. During the night there were some other guests shouting profanities. Most of the guests seem fine though. Room was old and tired. Bathroom needs renovating and sign on the windows told you not to open windows. With some simple renovations and some polish on customer service, this could be a great place to stay. If you are travelling alone or with kids I would avoid currently.

Great little motel - it is a 20min walk from CBD. Staff is wonderful, rooms are exceptionally clean despite the somewhat old age. After a very long flight from UK we got a room upgrade which was a great touch!! Thank you very much to all the staff!
