Bailey's Motel

Stayed here a couple of times for work and will come back. Location is great. Cute retro vibes and super friendly and helpful staff. Each room I've been in has been clean, quiet and beds comfortable. Above expected at the price point.

A comfortable bed, large room with kitchen. Bin not empty from the last tenant, dead cockroach in the bathroom. Security deposit not yet released after 24 hours, looks like the usual scam of not releasing the money with the excuse of it taking 7-10 days to return to your credit card. I get a push notification instantly when the money is released to my account. Free parking is the only bonus.

Great location, great price, clean, friendly staff, free and secure parking. Rooms are a bit old but well reflected in the price. Rooms have everything you need, including basic kitchen things. Have stayed here twice and will definitely be back again.

Great location especially if you're going to optus stadium like we did last night for Pink... Basic, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, all furniture has been refurbished. Bathroom is dated but you can't really do much with them, bathroom had everything we needed, shampoo, soap, bodywash etc.. Staff were friendly and great to see free parking available on the premises but we didn't need as public transport drops you nearly at the door... I would definitely return..

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Baileys Motel, East Perth, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. The motel is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the motel is also excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this motel is a perfect choice. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Baileys Motel, East Perth and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel with outstanding customer service. Awful. Sad to see a great value stay fall so low. I have been staying at Baileys for seven years. Many times. Now the standard of maintenance and cleaning is well below acceptable. Sand and straw in the car park are tramped into the rooms. When a vacuum is requested the staff ignore you telling you that service is not provided. Plaster on our floor wasn’t cleaned up because we had no service. Cockroaches. Damp. Broken Curtains. The list goes on. Nothing swept in months. The old cleaners kept the place spotless… the new ones are lazy and surly. I won’t be going back.

We stayed here over the weekend for my sister’s engagement party. Everything was amazing. We really liked the beds as it was super comfy. Staff were super helpful especially to lovely Anu who helped us to with directions etc, very professional and friendly. We will be back for sure.

Let's start with the good... Great location, plenty of parking in a secured compound, reasonable price, friendly staff. Now with the bad... The rooms need renovation. The lighting and walls looked outdated. The carpet looked old. The bathroom door had rust and water damage. On arrival I saw police operations in one of the units. I suspect there were drugs involved. The place got very noisy at night. A couple was screaming profanities at the top of their lungs at each other for an hour or so and then lots of heavy footsteps and slamming of doors all night till early hours in the morning. Not sure if I could recommend this place to my friends as it was at such a good location but it did feel safe to bring family to stay here.
