My favorite St. Louis burger place, mostly because of the homemade ketchup.

A second outpost of the downtown burger place — it’s bigger than it looks from the outside. They play Disney movies inside so kid friendly.

The food at Baileys’ Range was absolutely delicious! I ordered the loaded fries with cheese, salsa, and fresh green onions – so flavorful and satisfying. The Caesar salad was fresh with crispy croutons and creamy dressing, and the burger was juicy and packed with flavor. Everything was well-prepared and tasty. The service was great — the staff were friendly and attentive. Even though the place was busy, we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a meal with friends or family. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars! Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality American food in town.

Google
Place is cutely decorated and I like that they have movie nights! The service was just alright, but unfortunately, there was a nut allergy in our group and the menu did not list the fact that the blondie boozy shake had any nuts in it. They found out the hard way. Id want to see them list common allergens on their menu!! Burger was tasty, but maybe not worth the price tag for me :(

The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and knew what was good. In our party of 6 I got the lemon, blackberry and goat cheese smoothie and it was excellent. I got the pb and j burger which was also very good. The fries were better than the average burger restaurant fry and everyone loved their food. The only grip is that I wish there were more umbrellas for the outdoor seating.

Google
Service was friendly but very slow. Workers were sitting at tables ignoring new customers waiting to be sat. The wings came out the wrong flavor and cold. Waited actually 40mins for burgers that were dry cold and no seasoning. There was a hair on my husband's burger. The fries and chilli would have been good if they were hot not luke warm. I only saw 1 server working as server, host, busser. Maybe we just came at a bad time when 80% of the staff wasn't interested in helping an overwhelmed co worker.

Google
I ordered the chicken salad and the bless it sandwich. The salad was great. The corn bread croutons were a great addition to that awesome little salad. My only complaint the chicken was very very crispy and had an unpleasant burnt flavor. I eventually put them to the side and the rest was actually pretty tasty. The sandwich was cut into one thick slab instead of the advertised two nice sized chunks. I ended up cutting it in half myself. I ate half on my sandwich. With the bread and sauce, it was 😋. The other half was actually too dry to eat, even with ranch dressing. For thirty dollars, I'll be honest I expected more. The person serving was polite and timely. The atmosphere was beautiful because the garage door leading to the patio was open inviting warm sunlight into the contrastingly air conditioned and shadow casted dinning room. I rated 3/5 simply because I went there for food. Not a nice atmosphere or particularly polite service. Not of that matters if I finish eating with a frown on my face. Any way, I keep saying I will stop going there but I know the menu is great and there is a pleasant experience to be had there. Please do better.

We came in for a quick bite, Unfortunately they had a wait. But we waiting because it so nice inside and out. We got the 2 burgers, fries and nachos. Food tasted good but a bit pricey.

The atmosphere here is very cute. We went on a beautiful fall day and they had indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating felt a little disjointed with the different rooms, but still cute. We got a boozy lemonade pitcher which was good, not too boozy.. also went to a burger place but both ordered chicken 😂 I LOVE that they offer the pretzel bun. The food was relatively mid in our opinion, the best thing was the Brussels sprouts and the fries. The vibes were on point! Waitress was nice and knowledgeable. Very clean, not too busy.

We each had a bison burger with fries and a shake. All were amazing! The burgers were perfectly cooked as ordered. Great find on our road trip.

Yelp
I visited Bailey's Range for the first time on a Sunday afternoon around 2 PM, and I truly had such a great experience! My partner and I were greeted at the door and told to pick any table in a small, bright area that was off to the left side of the entryway. The tables were all clean and set with cute glasses, menus, and decor. Right after we sat down, a server brought us a pitcher of water to keep at our table. The whole inside and outside is so fun and trendy. The bathrooms were extremely clean and decorative. They were all "All Gender" bathrooms with private stalls and a shared sink area. Very impressed by the cleanliness. I noticed on the mirror that they're advertising upcoming movie nights that seem to happen every month, which seems like it would be super fun! They have such fun and creative burgers and cocktails! Although I only had water to drink, I was super intrigued by their boozy lemonades. I definitely want to try them next time. To eat, I had the PB&J burger, which includes pesto, goat cheese, arugula, and a super sweet tomato jam. It was delicious! My partner and I shared a side of fries, which comes with your choice of 2 sauces. We ended up trying the house catsup and the queso. The house catsup was super unique... it almost had the same consistency as applesauce?? But I absolutely loved it nevertheless!! Our server was friendly. However, when we had finished our meals and it was time to pay, we had to walk around the restaurant in order to find someone who could get us our bill. We found most of the employees hanging out behind the bar area on their phones. This didn't ruin my overall experience, especially because we visited at a slower time. I ended up paying with ApplePay at the host stand, which was convenient. I will definitely visit again! I think it'd be fun to come here with friends next time!

Yelp
I am so glad this location of Bailey's Range is open and that they have a decent patio out front! I went with my friend for an early dinner one night and since it was nice weather, we opted to sit outside. They had some decent happy hour prices for drinks and snacks which was nice for us to enjoy while having out. The boozy lemonade was so good! We also each ordered a sandwich and split an order of onion rings and fries. The sandwiches were so good, I basically did a create your own chicken sandwich which had cheese and bbq sauce and it was juicy and delicious. The fries and onion rings were crispy and fresh. The servers were nice and made sure we were taken care of and checked in on us from time to time. We each needed to pack up half our sandwiches and so we asked for some to go boxes and split the sides. The patio is nice and when I went inside to use the restroom, the inside is really spacious! I can definitely see myself visiting this spot again soon.

Yelp
We really love all the Bailey's owned restaurants and I'm not sure how I had never been here. We walked in after a morning at the Botanical Gardens and snagged a spot outside - they have plenty of seating. Their menu is fantastic, tons of great burger options, and I love that a lot of their drinks come in pitchers. We ended up sharing one of their lemonades with the table and it was so good. All the burgers were fantastic, so juicy and full of flavor. I want to come back and try a couple more. The table also shared fries which were perfectly cooked and delicious. Great experience, great service. Definitely going to go on our list for fav burgers in the area.

Yelp
I ordered to go but the service was timely and they let me wait at the bar till my order was made. The burger was flavorful and delicious. The homemade ranch is a must. I ordered online and the burger initially showed up as $10 but then changed to $14 plus the fries so wish I double checked the costs before placing my order cause I likely would've gone with just the classic cheeseburger instead. I've only heard good things from people and the only complaint they've had are costs which I would agree if the food was cheaper I'd definitely spend more meals here but hey sometimes things are also just worth the price.

Yelp
First time here after the Garden Glow and the food is on par with everything I've heard and read. The chili alone would keep me coming back particularly in cold season. Had the right amount of heat and was very dense and plentiful with brisket. Super good! The cornbread croutons were a really nice, tasty touch. Friend had the chicken sandwich and she was surprised at the tenderness of the meat given the large piece of chicken. (She did say the bun was cold, so maybe they could warm that up a bit before serving). Overall, a great fresh indoor vibe. Good for family or friends. The outside seems great for summertime with picnic tables and plenty of beer options on tap. I'd like to return soon for some chili takeout! Oh... also our server was super friendly and attentive, and was patient with my dining partners million questions

Yelp
Our Anniversary Re-Do... Headed to Bailey's Range in the Shaw neighborhood. They are known for the Burgers (Beef, Bison, Chicken and Plant based). The best part is the Dailey Happy Hour from 3-6 so we took advantage of the Bar Snack Appetizer (Onion Rings, Fried Pickles and smoked chicken wings) as well as the Double Double Smash Burger!!!! The Burger was juicy and so good!!! You can't go wrong with Appetizer Sampler as you get a bit of everything!!! The Steak House Burger had Steak Sauce, Carmelized Onions, Mushrooms and Boursin Cheese!! Again very very good and juicy!!!! Kate's Marg (Happy Hour menu) was "meh" But they are known for their Boozy Shacks and Homemade Ice Creams!!!! So my Bacon Bacon Bourbon Shake was pretty Amazing!! We went early (around 430/5) to avoid the crowd We can't wait to go back as I am bound and determined to drink every Boozy Shake they have!! lol The cook even came out to make sure our Burgers were good!! **the owners also own several other local spots around STL.

Yelp
The ice cream was delicious but nothing special. Pretty basic flavors which I appreciate. I got salted caramel which came with a caramel drizzle on top which definitely added to the flavor. My friends got mint chip and cookies and cream. The waffle cones seemed to be homemade. Unfortunately, they were a bit too thick which made them soft instead of crunchy. I would not recommend getting the waffle cone. My friends and I ended up just eating the ice cream.

Yelp
I thought this restaurant was REALLY cute inside! The decor was light and airy and I loved all of the fresh flowers instead of fake ones. I could sit in here for a long time lol. For food, we had the chili cheese fries to start and those were some of the best chili cheese fries I've ever had. The fries are not only seasoned well, but they're crunchy! The chili tasted homemade and was just the right consistency. For my burger, I had the bison bleu burger (it's called bleu something) and it was pretty good. I didn't really care for the buns as they were kind of dry and also small. It made it hard to eat the burger without dropping it all over the place. However, I loved loved loved the bleu cheese with the meat - delicious! We also tried the mint shake and the cookies and cream shake and you can definitely tell they make their ice cream in-house. Those were also very good. I'd probably like to stop here again if I ever come back to St. Louis so that I can try some of their alcoholic beverages (they looked really good) and maybe a different burger. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I was hesitant to come back due to reviews expressing not the best service, but I am really glad I did! I first came when this location opened, and despite waiting a bit for food, everything was great. Food was excellent. I got the 'Bless It" chicken sandwich, while my friend got the 'Butter Up' burger. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and there was a steady flow of folks coming in. I was immediately seated with menus and a pitcher of water. Great colors, murals, and florals on each table. Our server was excellent and kind. Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious! Flavorful fries and dipping sauces. I will gladly come again. I hope some of the troubles mentioned in other reviews are being worked out with more staff, as everyone was in high spirits.

Yelp
I was gifted a gift card to this place from a family member, and I am so glad she helped me discover this restaurant. We went a few times ever since using up the gift card and can't wait to go back again. There is such a great variety of Burgers with variety of different meats, including chicken, beef, bison, and vegetarian! They also have some healthy salads, a variety of sides, including fries with fantastic flavors of dipping sauces, and of course, a whole smattering of ice creams for dessert. Unfortunately, I have always been so full with the meal that I have yet to try and ice cream, so I definitely need to go back! There is plenty of indoor seating away from the elements, but also a nice patio that I was able to take my puppy to and sit outside, enjoying the sunshine as well. Definitely family, friendly, good quality, food, great decor, and excellent staff.

Yelp
Baileys Range relocated to a cute, quaint neighborhood location in the Shaw area. Met my son there for a late Mother's Day dinner on a Wednesday evening. Sat inside since all the families were outside. Food was good as usual. I ordered sangria that was tasty. Server was attentive.

Yelp
I really wish their burgers came with a side! That's my only downside. Burger is actually a nice size and you can finish it all. They were backed up a little when I was there but overall I loved it. The staff made it worth while :) they're so nice and personable. This burger the BBB actually comes with no cheese so I wanted to try it that way but honestly it would go well with cheese haha They have great specials and I'm so sad their downtown location closed! But this one is nice with plenty of seating and even outdoor seating.
google avatar

Yelp
Such a cute location - we ate inside since the weather was a little iffy. They accommodated our group of 10 at the communal table, but no one else at the table since it wasn't really busy on a Wednesday evening. Our server, Lauren (I think), was great. She took our table in stride with a lot of talking and everyone not being on the same page. She stayed upbeat and friendly throughout. Everyone ordered drinks and we got a few appetizers. Corn Fritters, Fried Pickles, and Onion Rings. The Corn Fritters were different but good flavor. I didn't care for the breading on the pickles. Didn't eat the onion rings as I had just had some a couple of days ago. Several people ordered the Bless It fried chicken sandwich. I tried a bite of others and it was really good. I ordered the Wake Up burger well done. It had an espresso rub, berry and black pepper jam, bacon jam, and Boursin - I requested no Boursin. Burger was good, cooked correctly, and good flavor. The fries were good, I used the ranch from the fried pickles as a dipping sauce. We were celebrating a birthday and when it was time for dessert, he got a cup of ice cream. He chose cinnamon, and it had a lot of cinnamon flavor. Others decided to get dessert, too so we had wide range of choices. The brownie dessert was massive. I got an espresso shake with malted powder. Very good if a little thin. Great service, cool space, decent food.

Yelp
We sat on their patio which is great for people watching! The food was really good. Service was adequate.

Kelly R.

Yelp
It's been 50 minutes since we sat down and we don't have our food. The restaurant is not full. We will not be back, which is sad because we used to frequent the downtown location often. Big disappointment.
google avatar

Yelp
My colleague and I thought it was such a beautiful day, so I was super excited he suggested to eat at Bailey's since they have a patio. Unfortunately, when we got there, the patio was closed/locked up, and we had to eat inside. :( We ordered "The Real Thing" and "Butter up" to eat there (dine-in) and got the "BBB" ("to-go") for the colleague who had to stay in the office. Also, got the large fries with Rooster mayo and garlic aioli. Service was confusing!.... Ok, It sucked, too! * Our server never brought us our waters, so we had to ask another server. * Our food that we ordered for "take out" wasn't only the FIRST thing that came out, but it came out less than 10 minutes since ordering... but our dine-in food came out after 40 minutes. Ok! I can try to understand some burgers may take long, but 40 minutes? Seriously? I'm not overexaggerating the time either, I checked the time on the photo I took around the time we ordered. . What I really don't understand is why the "take out order" was made before our "dine-in" food in the first place!. I told the server that we have to take food for our colleague. Common sense to put in the "take out" AFTER the dine-in order, especially knowing that we were eating there. Now he has to eat an expensive and an hour-old cold ass burger. The food was okay, not memorable! It wasn't a juicy burger as I hoped for. Maybe the 40 minutes dried out my burger. SMH! It took most of our lunch break, so honestly, we didn't even get to enjoy our $25 burger with fries. They were so quick to give us the check, though. LOL!

Yelp
Been wanting to check this place out for a while! Before this location opened and it was just the original in fact. Queue the girlfriend saying she wanted a burger and some fries one night. I finally had my opportunity! The place is aesthetically awesome. A huge patio leads to the front of the restaurant where garage doors open to give people sitting inside a chance to enjoy the weather when it's nice as well. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, and trendy. On the Monday night we went around 630 or so, it was pretty slow when we got there but the patio ended up being decently full by the time we left. The menu is amazing. Offering pork, beef, and bison burgers with a creative list of accoutrements. They offer other sandwiches, hot dogs, and salads as well. It was hard to decide, until I spotted the "burger battle" portion in which they note each week 2 burgers face off and the one most ordered stands. I went with the reigning champ, which at the time was 2 chicken patties with Gouda cheese, hot honey glaze, and red hot riplets. I was not let down. It was absolutely delicious. With so many options I can't wait to go back to try more burgers, and maybe even a hot dog or two. They have a fun drink menu as well, offering shakes, boozy lemonades and teas, and a pretty solid beer list. The reason I can't give 5 stars here, was the service. We sat at the bar, and the woman behind the bar didn't seem too enthused to be there. On top of this, the food was extremely slow to come out despite a nearly empty restaurant when we ordered. Also upon asking for our check and not receiving it the first time we asked, it was a chore trying to flag someone down to ask again. Let's hope this was an off night service wise.

Yelp
If the food was as good as the service and ambiance, I would be a regular for sure! I had such high expectations for this place and left feeling quite subpar. When my boyfriend and I first walked into the restaurant, no one was working the front. We did have to wait a while to be seated which wasn't too bothersome as we could tell they seemed understaffed. Upon arrival to the table, we received such great, personable service from our waiter! He also gave helpful advice about the local area and places to visit. The best thing about this place was most definitely the ambiance. Despite there being several outdoor seating to accommodate for the summer season, when we visited during winter, we were wowed by the cozy, welcoming feeling of the interior. The place we nicely decorated and they even had a Christmas movie playing which got us in the holiday spirit! I really wish I could rave about this restaurant's food as much as every other aspect, but we were left feeling disappointed. We felt that the onion rings were lacking in seasoning and were too heavily battered to enjoy. My boyfriend ordered the classic double burger which he felt was ok, but nothing worth noting. We also felt like the Garlic Aioli sauce was a little too heavy on the mayo. On the other hand, The Meltdown I ordered was definitely a showstopper and something to try while it's still available. The happy hour prices were acceptable, but we are unsure if it's worth giving another shot.

Yelp
This was a recommendation from a friend, really good. The restaurant offers quite a bit of seating throughout, service was friendly and attentive. The menu is limited but the food was delicious. The fries are sooooo good! I also enjoyed a Blackberry Cider, but other offerings include boozy shakes and local beers. Options are house made. The space is large and open, we sat in the upper floor and were able too look down on the rest of the restaurant.

Yelp
First time visiting the new Shaw location and it was pretty decent. It didn't live up to its expectations but maybe it was just an off day. I ordered the classic beef burger medium rare with the traditional LTOP + Mayo and ketchup. The burger was more of a medium cook but still pretty good. Very filling that's for sure. I ordered the fries as a side and those were way too over cooked & pretty burnt . I'll give them another try and hope the food is prepared better.

Yelp
First timer & will definitely be back! The Yippee Ki-Yay burger & sangria were delicious & service, especially Rosie, was great. Highly recommend

Yelp
Burgers were very dry. I ordered the BBB burger the shoe string onion rings were one hard clump and there wasn't but a drop of the bourbon mayo sauce. The service was slow.

Yelp
Me and my boyfriend went for lunch at Baileys Range today. We started out with the T ravs which were good but a tiny bit spicy on the sauce. i feel like maybe ranch would be good with them too but i just had the sauce because i liked it. My boyfriend got the Big Butter (?) burger and he said he liked it. i thought it was good too. My burger though came out with a smash patty which i had gotten the Right Thing (?) Burger. I had asked to make sure it came with or that i would get a bigger thicker patty. I did get my burger about 15 minutes later but when i bit into it, it was well done when i had wanted medium rare. That kinda stunk because i love medium rare burgers. I ate it anyway because the waitress had already said she would discount it and i had already waited 15 minutes. She was nice but i feel like maybe her tables were too far apart because she didn't get a chance to check on us when the first round of burger came out and i had to ask someone else to fix it after 10 minutes. Also, she said she was going to discount it but 53$ total so I'm not sure if that is a discounted price or not. My boyfriend paid so i didn't get a chance to see and he didn't see it either. The AC was also blasting the whole time we were there, You would think they were building an ice rink. My burger is pictured where you can see that it's overcooked. It looked much more grey in person than in the photo i think. I did love the strawberry milkshake with oreos. Overall this would be fine for some if no mistakes were made i'm sure, i suppose maybe i caught them on a bad day or something. I don't think i'll come here again, it is pretty expensive for what you get, and i don't wanna risk anymore money being wasted on food with a long wait and a lot of mistakes.

Yelp
Second time and same issues. Waiter was "now you see me, now you don't." Had to go looking for someone to help and was told "give me a minute." Sat under a vent and nearly froze to death. Nice food, if over priced, but only go if you have time to burn, staff rarely if ever checks in on your table.

Derek L.

Yelp
Food was just ok. Pretty pricey for a small burger. Out was also very loud in the back room. Won't be back.

Yelp
Bailey's Range is a culinary haven for burger enthusiasts and ice cream aficionados alike. Their hand-mixed cherry Coke is a refreshing twist on a classic, offering a sweet and tangy kick. The in-house-made ice cream is a true delight, with a creamy richness that elevates every scoop. The bacon burger is a masterpiece of flavors, featuring succulent bacon and a perfectly cooked patty that leaves a lasting impression. The pretzel bites in beer cheese sauce provide a delightful combination of soft, salty pretzels and a rich, velvety cheese dip. And let's not forget the double-battered fries, which are a crispy and addictive accompaniment to any meal. Bailey's Range is a treasure trove of delectable delights that promises a satisfying and memorable dining experience. The bartender was amazing! Very outgoing and we had a good conversation while getting my drinks/food ready. I cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
We came in for a late lunch on a Saturday and were seated right away on the patio. The ambiance is super cute and trendy. Service was good overall. The menu is easy to follow, and has a battle section between 2 burgers, which was pretty cool! - Tasmanian devil (4.5/5): SO YUMMY! Wow this burger was packed with flavor. A bit on the spicy side but it added to the flavor. Meat was a pretty big portion. Had some crunch which added great texture. Would definitely recommend - Steak house (3/5): honestly this burger was a bit dry and needed more sauce. The flavor was good but not amazing. Felt like it was missing something. The bison was cooked well - Large fries (4/5): cooked well, some crispy. The sauces were delicious, especially the garlic aioli.

Yelp
Sat at the bar and was served by Megan, who was super accommodating and sweet. The burger was surprisingly very juicy. Hit the spot for sure.

Yelp
What a hidden gem. Located in the Shaw Neighborhood within walking distance of the Botanical Garden. We stopped in for dinner. The patio is inviting and such a cute space. We were greeted warmly and promptly seated. Our server Lux took great care of our table. She was knowledgeable and friendly. First let me say, milkshakes are a must. We chose this place in particular because they use house made ice cream in their shakes as opposed to custard. We have an egg allergy in our group and custard is made with egg yolk. The ice cream is absolutely delicious. We got strawberry and cookies and cream shakes. We also got a boozy dreamsicle shake. Talk about yum! The burgers were great! We also have a vegetarian in our group and appreciate the variety of patty options for the burgers. All of the burgers came as a double which in my opinion, makes them worth the price. Highly recommend the pretzel buns! We ordered fries and onion rings to share..... both were crisp and tasty. They have several homemade sauces to choose from for dipping. We went with a horseradish sauce and a spicy bbq. A family friendly, dietary restriction conscious, space with great food and service. Definitely planning on going back again soon!!

Yelp
The decor, lighting and mood are all bright and chipper. The food was good, not amazing or spectacular, but good. We felt the prices are a tad high for what you get, but overall a good experience.

Yelp
We dropped in for a lunch date on a Monday. The restaurant was bright and clean and the waiters were friendly. We ordered burgers and fries. The one thing that always impresses me about the Range is attention to detail. We ordered a simple meal of a burger and fries. Each component of the order was perfect. The fries had a great crunch but were soft inside. The condiments were all fresh and house-made. The burgers were cooked according to our preferences. They were the stars of the meal. The meat was juicy and the buns were fresh. The neighborhood atmosphere of this location really adds to the ambiance. I can't recommend this enough.

Yelp
We stopped in a quick laye lunch before picking up the girls. The waiter was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We ordered the housemade vegan burger. The flavor was good, and the temperature was good. The only downside was the patty consistency was crumbly and didn't hold well together.
google avatar

Yelp
My hubby and I came here for lunch after an afternoon at the Botanical Garden (easily walkable). It wasn't busy, we found street parking easily. We were immediately seated and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The space is very cute and bright. Fun decor inside and corn hole outside with umbrella tables. It was a gorgeous day and they had all the garage doors open giving a wonderful fresh atmosphere. My hubby ordered the burger with Swiss which was solid and I went for the butternut squash salad which was epic. It was a combination I'd have never thought to put together but it was amazingly savory and the mixtures of flavors and textures worked together perfectly. I'll be back for this salad! Not a cheap place to eat but reasonable for the quality!

Yelp
Got the Black and Blue, a Bison burger with blue cheese, butter lettuce, grilled tomato, garlic aioli. Burger doesn't come with fries, so I skipped those. Ordered it medium rare with extra lettuce, the burger came well done- I had to send it back. I really don't like sending food back but Bison cooked well done is usually dry. Second attempt was given more attention and I appreciated that. Bartender was super attentive as she offered me a cider while I waited. Overall it was a decent burger but felt mildly expensive for what it was- $16 dollars for a bison burger seems like a bit of a stretch these days. I don't see myself running back here to pay more for what felt like less.

Yelp
We absolutely love coming to Bailey's! Ask for Hunter and you won't be disappointed. ALSO- this week they're doing a nacho special with their smoked chicken. IT IS HEAVEN. A perfect blend of flavors and a house made Mexican crema that's incredible. They are only running it for a week. So go and order it so they put it on the menu. I know nachos at a burger place sounds weird, but the chef has got it DOWN.

Yelp
A place I wish I could love...Bailey's disappoints me in some way every visit. Tonight, the Onion Ring appetizer didn't arrive till we were at least half way through our meal. Compounding the disappointment, the rings didn't have there usual ringity zing. Something was missing from the batter. My custom burger was good but they forgot the bacon. Fries were really good. Service was okay but who knows where responsibility for the Onion Ring debacle lies. Last time we were here, I loved my salad but we had some interminable delays which were hard to explain given the restaurant was at least 1/2 empty. We watched this restaurant being built and we were so excited to have another walkable restaurant option in Tower Grove. This one will be off our list for awhile.

Yelp
came here for a late lunch after getting off work early on a friday! we were attended to swiftly and service was great. great outdoor space and their drink menu looked good although i didn't get anything. the food was delicious although $14 for a burger not even with a side was a bit much for me personally will probably be back since it's in my neighborhood! street parking is plentiful

Yelp
Visited last week on a weekday for lunch with family that was visiting. The menu has enough unique options and a build your own burger selection to satisfy most. However, it felt like someone tried too hard to make a bunch of different burger menu selections that felt like I was in an abstract art gallery. The service and seating was great. Happy to return and look forward to good weather to sit outside. Also very happy this is a little off all the main drags, which made street parking a little easier.

Yelp
Bailey's Range charmed us initially with their menu, atmosphere, and friendly staff. But long wait times led to a completely screwed up, cold, and bland food order. Burgers ordered straight off the menu were missing multiple crucial pieces. One meal was completely missing. We waited for a check for over 15 minutes while we watched all the tables around us get messed up orders too. We felt bad for our poor waitress who was having to deal with all the mistakes the kitchen was making. Will not return and don't recommend.

Yelp
I tried this Burger place today . Ii was nice inside and good vibe . Very open And had a banquet feel in the back . I liked the openness of it and the natural light. The staff were very nice and attentive . I ordered the classic with fries and a vanilla milkshake . Instead of one big 1/2lb patty server told me I could opt to have it deploy into 2 smashed patties which I'm glad because it was big . I thought the burger was ok ...didn't blow me away but still good . Fries were good with horsey mayo and shake was good . Overall it was good just wish burger had a bit more flavor

Yelp
So very much want to give this spot more stars, but nope-can't. Honestly, three stars is being generous. While in the neighborhood-literally the last place we choose to go to. Despite past marginal past experiences-we tried once again and once again-disappointed. Cold food will never, ever be satisfactory...don't understand- food is ready - bring it out immediately, not 10 minutes later. Lack of staff is not a reason for lackluster service. Get it together or this spot will wither and die on the vine!!

Yelp
Drinks and food were both incredible! I had the Bourbon Peach, which was just as good as a bourbon drink I'd have at home in KY. The pretzel bun burger with beer cheese was amazing, as was my husband's "Bless It" chicken sandwich. Wonderful atmosphere and food!!

Yelp
Bailey's is good, but not great. It's a fine burger, but not the best. I get the black & blue every time and enjoy it. Fries are good and I love the many dipping sauce options. Shakes are good of course and there's a decent selection of alcoholic beverages. On a nice night it's a good patio option.

Yelp
Honestly don't know what happened but the staff seemed incapable of running a restaurant at all on Saturday afternoon. The entire place maybe had 30 diners at most. We sat down and waited for a server to arrive. When he finally came we ordered soft drinks, chili, a sandwich and fries. 10 minutes passed and a young lady brought the chili in a cup with a spoon. That's it. We didn't get our drinks until we asked for them after waving down the server who never checked on us or the other two tables in the front room. Eventually my sandwich showed up after 40 minutes. The couple next to us had never gotten their drinks the entire time either. It was the most truly bizarre experience I've had in St. Louis. Just a complete train wreck of bad service and inexplicable behavior. They were literally not that busy and I counted 5 staff members wandering around. So strange and disappointing. The sandwich was good but waiting an hour and a half for a sandwich and fries sort of kills the whole experience.

Yelp
Fun spot with great outdoor seating. Perfect after a morning at the botanical garden. Food was decent, my burger was not hot (but not too cold). Cooked as asked (medium well). The fries were great - the garlic aioli was top notch. Service was good, no complaints. Ice cream, especially the blackberry goat cheese and caramel flavors were great as well.

Yelp
There were 7 of us this evening for dinner. I can't say enough how frigging good the food was. The drinks were fun and very tasty. The appetizers Great. We decided the best fried pickles any of us had ever tasted-we are not a young group! Onion rings were seriously perfect! Then the burgers. The table was quiet. Creative tastes and just delicious. And the ice cream. We tried two for the table. Again out of the park. I don't have enough adjectives to adequately describe the food! Our server was good, pleasant and on top of things. It's a must try again and again.

Yelp
So, really disappointed with my visit to Baileys Range. First time visiting the Shaw location, and it was just a bad experience all over. Started with having an out of date bar menu (fall vs winter), not a big deal but a sign of things to come. Ordered a martini off menu, which server said was no problem, and got a warm glass of vodka with some olive juice in it. Then, burgers came and they were out of the house made ketchup; our server didn't say anything about being out until we mentioned it to her. Food tasted good. Then, asked server for a box, never received it. After 10 minutes, seeing her multiple times, asking again and still not getting it, we left. Just a really disappointing experience.

Yelp
We have been to Bailey's Range several times this summer. In our last 2 experiences, we had wonderful servers who bent over backward for us. We visited the restaurant again today and the server was surley, took our order but ignored us after that, did not refill the iced tea, the order arrived with the wrong type of bread, no extra plates for splitting, no special ketchup that we ordered. After we looked for him but did not see him, a very pleasant server came over to clear out plates, fill our tea, gave us our bill, and kindly brought to-go boxes. I don't know the server who took our order, but I don't want to come back there to find out. The food is delicious and BR has the best hamburgers with healthy choices in the city! We love the atmosphere. However, the experience today was upsetting.
