Seriously a great boutique hotel, staff are very good and friendly. You feel like family after night 1. Location is great, close enough to the noise to enjoy and far enough away not to hear when you sleep

Booked five nights here 25-30th April 2025. I am 19 male and a solo traveller travelling Asia currently so picked the hotel due to location near Patong Beach. Hotel very nice and minimal but the location is absolutely terrible. Couldn’t sleep due to loud party atmosphere and sounds of bikes very few minutes. By far the worst bit was getting swarmed by people trying to sell you stuff or try and physically drag you into shops. This happened to me every other shop due to them all being Thai Massage places. Checked out only 12 hours after being there and booked a hotel in Old Town Phuket. Miles better location with lovely people and amazing scenery.

All the reviews mentioned in the comments are almost correct. We got early check in as well. We got the jacuzzi room which was excellent. The location is perfect in terms of proximity to Bangla road and being away from the noise. It was quite and peaceful. They do provide beach towels. Cleaning time is 9 30 to 3 30 so we skipped it the first day as we were not in room. Excellent property, go for it!

This hotel is cozy and the hosts are very nice. I loved staying here because they are very friendly, professional and like family. Especially Cookkie.

Great hotel and great rooms.. Clean and spacious. Only issue was there is no lift but still one of the female staffs carried our small luggage with her(even though we said we can take it) which was very sweet. Scooter rental is available and they have cheapest rate for CLICK scooter. 250 baht per day.

Simple, cozy and very aesthetic rooms in Central patong. Very accessible and convenient to dining of local, international foods, beach and the Bangla Street.. What we loved about the place is the people managing it, very pleasant and accommodating to us. Had a good stay as the hotel rooms are simple and comfortable..just that we felt the prices of our room was high and it could be because of the peak Valentine's weekend..Till we see again Patong

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Phuket. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with hot water which was a plus. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the included breakfast—plenty of amazing options to start the day right! Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations for a budget-friendly hotel. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel is close to the beach and also to Bangla Road and everything else is close by. The rooms are nice and spacious and everything you need is in the room, and the owners were very welcoming and kind, I will definitely stay there again.
