Amazing family-owned farm. One of the family members, Jacob, gave my friends and I a tour in the middle of a blizzard. Learned a lot about the maple syrup making process, life in Vermont, and the varieties of syrup. We couldn’t have spent our winter afternoon any better. Highly recommend Baird farm to all!

While in Vermont in September, we wanted to visit a maple syrup farm. We searched several on Google Maps, but this farm seemed unique, so we decided to go. Located on the edge of the Green Mountains in Central Vermont, we arrived with curiosity. As we walked into the small building, we thought it was odd that no one was there, so we looked around. Minutes later, Jenna came in and began to teach us about the different types of syrup they make. She then offered us a tasting, and that was fantastic. Jenna was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. After the tasting, she offered to show us the syrup production operations even though it wasn't the season. Jenna was passionate about what they did at their farm and answered every question we had. I'm so glad we stopped there for a visit. It was an amazing experience. Please visit their farm, it will be worth it. Thank you, Jenna! Side note for Jenna...we were able to find our lost credit card! Thank you for the note that came with our delivered order. Wishing you and Jacob all the best!

We had a very nice time learning about making maple syrup. We had an impromptu tour and saw them making maple sugar from the syrup. We all really appreciated your kindness and the time you took to explain the different syrups that we tasted. The pride you take in your work and final product is evident. So glad we have lots of your products to enjoy at home! Thank you!!

This place is amazing! A fourth generation family farm run by just a few employees really blows you away at the quality of maple syrup they produce and making you feel right at home when you come to the store! They even gave us a mini tour of the facility and answered all our questions. Needless to say we bought maple syrup for the next few years and had it meet us back in CA. We will be remembering our experience every time we open a bottle to pour on our favorite foods. We can’t wait to come back and visit soon!

My girlfriend and I stopped here last week on our way up to Northern Vermont. Our tour guide Wesley was incredibly informative, having a wealth of knowledge spanning the science of sap, the techniques needed for proper tapping, and even the history of Vermont and how farming shifted over the course of the state's history. The hands-on demonstration was a lot of fun, and getting to see how the farm operates day-to-day was super cool. The syrup tasting was also great, and opened my eyes to how much deeper syrup can be than what I had initially thought. We bought a couple of bottles of syrup, and a bottle of ketchup which was also delicious! The staff was all incredibly kind and generous, even offering us a couple of donuts they had on hand once we got in. Baird Farm was a great way to break up our long car ride, but also would be worth stopping by to get a taste of Vermont. Cannot recommend enough!

We didn’t realize there were formal tours and arrived too early for the next tour, but the owner graciously gave us a mini-tour of the sugar house. It was wonderful to hear the story of the farm and syrup production from the woman who has had the farm in her family for over 100 years. Their dedication to running a sustainable and healthy farm is extraordinary. Highly recommend booking the formal tour and loading up your car with jugs of maple syrup!

Found Baird Farm late last year and was so impressed with the quality of their maple syrup and maple butter I returned to give their ketchup a try. I have never been a big ketchup fan…but I am now! The Baird Farmhouse ketchup is amazing! Our entire family went wild over it. Try it and you’ll know why. Who would’ve thought ketchup could be so delicious?

Follow the road past Sugar and Spice to discover this amazing oasis of yum. The owners of this generational farm are devoted and friendly. I enjoyed sampling various syrup products, and purchasing things to bring home. It is a delight to support such a positive small family business. Now back home, I have to content myself with ordering online. Until I can get back there! I just resupplied my syrup needs, and got a great hoodie today. Cannot wait to return! Great people, great place.
