Fabulous taste in decoration, good welcome by the manager, a big bed with a great mattress, and a fantastic location. Place is surrounded by bustling/exciting nightlife, yet the room was so peaceful. The recepcionist provided me with lots of tips of where I could visit and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I was able to store my bags after I'd checked out which was very helpful (I had a late flight). "Cantinho da Rosa" is a few doors down from the hotel and do lovely traditional portuguese food. Lovely miradouro nearby with live music

I was unfortunately disappointed by this hotel. I have no idea how this qualifies as a four star hotel - there’s not even an option for coffee on site, and the rooms don’t have a desk, mini fridge, kettle, conditioner, safe, USB outlets, or updated TV. The hair dryer only worked part of the time. The bed and sheets were nice, but the pillows were the least comfortable I have ever slept on - I left with back problems (and last week I slept on a couch and my back was fine!) Reception was kind and service was great - but for the price you can find much better options.

The bed was very comfortable and large with excellent quality bedding and the room was immaculately clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. Friendly host. Although it was a busy neighborhood, it was very quiet inside the hotel. We will be back.

Nice clean room (with well-functioning air conditioning) in the heart of Bairro Alto, everything within walking distance! The king size bed was very comfortable although it was more like a queen bed (by US standards). The host is very friendly and easily accessible in case of any questions. We were also allowed to leave our bags there after we had already checked out.

As a single woman, I felt extremely safe in this hotel, and in this neighborhood. Ricardo was extremely helpful with finding the American Embassy, recommending local cafes and restaurants, and carried my huge suitcase up to my room, which was spotlessly clean, and I think even the sheets were pressed! |I will definitely go back.

Perfect location close to everything you need. High-end restaurants and shopping intermingled with old'mom and pop’ restaurants and souvenir shops. Friendly and welcoming staff; very good value for money. We didn't take any public transport once. An Uber is only 7–10 euros from the airport, which is great. The shower was great, and the bed was really firm—maybe the only thing I would change.

Overall Great Excellent bang for your buck with a central location near lively bars, shops, and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our early check-in request. A bit smaller than expected, super cool if you just want to spend a few nights but not really perfect for a longer stay!

The property was extremely tidy and conveniently situated in the center of Lisbon. It is in close proximity to bars and places to eat, with a self-serve laundry just around the corner. The check-in process was seamless and entirely electronic, eliminating the hassle of dealing with keys. The room size surpassed the typical dimensions found in European hotels within this price range and offered reliable WiFi . The full-length window that opened to a narrow balcony was a delightful surprise.
