Great experience staying here. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. They offered a complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which is very rare. The rooms were well furnished, clean and comfortable. The location is unbeatable with just a short minute walk to one of the most breathtaking vistas in all of Lisbon. Great food, markets, laundry, and shopping immediately out your doorstep. Nice patio too. Highly recommend!

Excellent location at Barrio Alto, with lots of cool restaurants next to the hotel. It can be slightly noisy at night because of the crowded streets with many movement but honestly it is awesome. The room was very clean and spacious which is appreciated. Little staff but effective and really nice.

This is not a 3 star hotel. While the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, there is no reception in this “hotel”. It is operated remotely through a digital lock, and you need to call the number on the website just to get inside. We were stranded for 30 minutes outside this “hotel” thinking we were scammed, after which someone opened the lock remotely and let us in. There is no staff on site to help with anything whatsoever. There are also no elevators here. So if you are travelling with kids, elders, or someone differently abled, DO NOT book this hotel.

Everything is well decorated and confortable. There are no keys, with is very convenient. Fast check-in and check-out. The room was very nicely decorared and the hotel was very well locared on the edge of Bairro Alto. Nearby are atmospheric places and other get-togethers.

Very friendly and personal welcome, great service and very helpful. Everything very well organized, great area, nice shops and restaurants in close neighborhood. The rooms are newly refurbished or new i guess and were very nice. The room was clean and with a nice bathroom. Plenty of space too.

The room was nothing like the photos advertised. It was incredibly small there was barely enough space to open my luggage. The bathroom was even worse; it was so cramped I couldn’t close the shower door while showering and also didn't have any outlet to be able to do my hair. I had to do my hair without a mirror on the bed...The air conditioning also didn’t function properly, making the room uncomfortable since it was HOT in Lisbon. When I raised these concerns with the staff, the only "options" I was given were to move to an even smaller room or to check out entirely. I found this response unacceptable and unhelpful. Hotel is in a good area with a lot of great places walkable but that's about it. Not the cleanest either. Sink would not drain properly

The worst choice we could have made for our trip to Lisbon. It almost ruined our vacation. The rooms were tiny, old, and visibly damaged — you could hardly stand to walk barefoot. The carpet in the hallway had a terrible smell, and everything felt neglected and dirty. Nothing like the photos shown online! We paid €180 per night, which is absolutely outrageous for what we got. Do not waste your time even checking this place out — it’s nothing like what’s advertised. The only plus is the location.

Fabulous taste in decoration, good welcome by the manager, a big bed with a great mattress, and a fantastic location. Place is surrounded by bustling/exciting nightlife, yet the room was so peaceful. The recepcionist provided me with lots of tips of where I could visit and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I was able to store my bags after I'd checked out which was very helpful (I had a late flight). "Cantinho da Rosa" is a few doors down from the hotel and do lovely traditional portuguese food. Lovely miradouro nearby with live music
