Bait

My nephew is visiting from a small town in Pennsylvania, and was excited to go sneaker shopping since they have nothing like this place where he’s at. So we drove down, paid for parking, walked half a mile to get there and there was no one working and the door was locked DESPITE having posted hours that they were open until 5:00 PM on Sundays. We arrived at 4:20 and there was a sign on the door that said “at lunch back in 30” We waited, and waited, and waited. What a disappointment!

Very cool store. Met a cool gentleman named Jake and showed me around. If I lived in the area I would stop by more often. Some of the dopest swag I've seen. Will be returning!

Mary and Mello were EXCELLENT! Great customer service as well as very attentive on sizes and went the extra mile to show me additional sale options and helped put together the perfect fits! 😍❤️

Got 2 pairs of retros for retail! staff was helpful and I didn't get the hurry up buy and get out vibes from them plus the manager was real cool.

2024 Update: staff was still super nice and helpful! Even gave me brunch recommendations! I love coming to this Bait Location. They seem to hire great people Super friendly and knowledgeable. Fun conversation, got me hooked up as well, and gave me a list of sneaker shops in order of distance. 10/10. Pop culture and sneaker heaven

Would give 0 Starz if there was such a thing. Louis vuitton and Gucci have a better return policy than this company. Received 2 shirts as a gift from my Daughter and SON in law that were too small. Called to see if I could exchange and got put on an eternal hold.Drove down to the store to be told that I could exchange them but would need the receipt? I explained they were a gift and didn't get a receipt as they do not provide gift receipts. They told me sorry that I would have to email a manager and that I cannot exchange merchandise. This is crazy after all of the money I have spent with this company on some Heat to be told this I'd rather spend my Money somewhere else.. Garbaaagggee...Still in the Bag never opened SMH..

I travel to Denver 3-4 times a year for work. I have been to this BAIT location in Denver once before, in September of last year. Coming from Houston, I saw this collection, I have a local artist in Houston who was missing this NASA one for his collection. I took these 3 photos to send to him to see if he wanted me to buy it and bring it to his studio. The guy working the counter, loudly and in a very azzhole tone yelled at me in front of other patrons that they don't allow photos to be taken. I explained that it was being sent to a collector that will more than likely want me to pick it up for him out of Houston, guy again yelled at me. I asked how do they sell to people from out of town if you can't take a photo to which he responded "you can Facetime them... you don't have to shop here if you don't want to". He yelled that statement 3 times back to back to back... so I took his advice and went up the street and spend my money elsewhere. Avoid this place like the plague. It's a chain store with shytty employees with shytty attitudes. This happened on Thursday March 28, 2024 at around 5:00pm.

Shady releases, bad customer service. Unfortunately this store and its employees have a history/reputation of being rude to customers. If you frequent this business you'll probably experience this at one point or another. My guess is treating their customer base poorly gives them a sense of importance? Overall this location and its staff are definitely a bad look for the company as a whole.

I went in this store looking not needing anything and just wanting to check out a cool store while I was in town. The store was great and featured many collectibles and a lot of selection along with a lot of great sales. Staff was friendly and I would definitely go back.I ended up leaving with a pair of shoes and I have no regrets visiting

Decent inventory selection but this place looks like a storage unit filled with boxes and is very unorganized. First red flag is the sign on the front door that says something about how, "due to the monkey pox pandemic, all sales are final..." Monkeypox is so negligible it's not even funny and quite frankly puts a disturbing taste in the consumer. Be better Bait.

Bait Denver def made me feel welcomed. Big thanks to Adam and Destiny for helping out. Awesome location being right across from Coors Field, parking might be a bit painful since it seems to be only street parking, but not a big deal. Visiting from norcal, they made sure not only I got the info I needed for the store sales and such but also some local things to do while I'm here.

Prices were amazing when I visited! The younger Asian associate was very helpful and made the shopping experience worth it. The other heavyset associate seemed really timid and annoyed with something and made the vibe awkward. Also the store was a mess with boxes and what not everywhere. Couldn't really fully shop like how I wanted. Overall was a good visit tho.

Staff is usually rude, can't shop in peace(they follow you or keep questioning you.) Customer service is terrible. Most of the employees lie about shoes they will be releasing, while 1 of the employees will tell you the truth. I recently caught them in a lie about an upcoming release. One of their employees said they received the shoes weeks ago and they know how many pairs they have. I called day before release to ask what time they will be open for the release. The employee today before kept lying saying they don't know, when I'm reality I know they have them because they already told me. Oh, some employees let you try shoes on before purchase(like normal shoe stores), some don't allow it.

I have nothing but good things to say about BAIT. I was greeted, customer service was actually impressive, especially on the knowledge of the items in the store. The prices are good and the staff was dope. If you're looking for new drops from nike, collections, things like that, this is the place to go. Location is great with many things to do around, so if you're in the area and looking for some new dope clothes or shoes, 100% go here. Will be back frequent.

Definitely a cool shop. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Nice to just chat with and not pushy on having to make a sale. The price ranges are very sensible, isn't SUPER expensive either. There's really a variety of cool streetwear with a video game, retro comic book kinda vibe. A plus is the huge collection of sneakers. The only downside is the hidden location, if your not used to stores being inside large buildings. I could see how a person could be confused.

Nice shop with a great location. The employees were very nice and helpful. They even gave me some recommendations of where to hit up while I was in town. I like to visit each Bait store and ask what is exclusive only to that location. They have a nice selection of clothing, shoes, and little figures. There is a great price range, so it will definitely fit everyone's budget. I recommend checking out the collab tees. They are stylish and affordable.

I just got shamed for walking into an OPEN store because there was already 3 people in the store. Was literally coming in to support but the employee and their policies are so stupid. I'm glad to take my business elsewhere. Thanks for showing your true colors

To Whom it may concern: Last night my wife and son, a lifelong devotee and admirer of your store and self-proclaimed sneakerhead, waited in line at your Denver branch for the release of the 971 Sean Witherspoons. Your store had 100 pairs. They got there exactly at 6:30, which was when the store told him they could begin to wait in line. When he arrived, he was already number 63. Surely this was incorrect. Still with 100 pairs it would not be an issue.  My wife and son waited in the frigid temperatures all night to buy the shoes. Imagine their surprise when your store only sells 18 pairs to people who waited in line. Even if the ridiculous claim made by one of your sales associates is true, that they sold 37 pairs, that does not explain the missing 63 pairs unless someone in your store is selling them backdoor. With that said, I had to explain to him that whenever there is a big profit to be made, you can expect stores to live down to your expectations. They converted a family from avid supporters to 5 more people who will never set foot in their corrupt store again. I hope a few hundred bucks was worth it because I know that we are not alone in these feelings. Hopefully this is an isolated incident, but I doubt it.

Called a few days ago to make sure they had product I was looking for and it was as if I ruined this guys Derricks day. Terrible customer service. Hire people that know how to work in the retail industry not self entitled pricks.

Was going to sign for the Travis Scott Air Force 1 apparently the raffle closed at 6:00 but they didn't say that on Instagram. We spent an hour in the car and got there at 6:05 and they said the raffle was closed what assholes.

The staff was super relaxed, their stock was pretty interesting, and I picked up two tees: Jurassic Park tee and the D&D tee to match the Bait x Reebok x Stranger Things high tops.

Can't get enough of their street wear and the best part is that their sneakers are not marked up. The staff is also very friendly. I'll for sure be back.

BAIT is my go to store whenever in town. Such a great selection of limited edition tees and hard to find Y-3 offering is strong. Highly recommend checking out!

Came here 4/26/18 for the first time and definitely will be back. Was immediately greeted and asked plenty of times if I needed any help. The selection is solid, the pricing is reasonable, and the overall customer service itself was awesome. As a fellow newer sneaker head I had some questions that were answered professionally and kindly. Their clothing selection is also super dope along with some other collectibles! Would highly recommend for any level of sneaker head.
