Highly recommend staying here. The owners and employees are incredibly kind and helped us book experiences and trips, saving us money each time. Rooms are plain but clean and have everything you need. Breakfast is great and cooked fresh every time. Couldn't ask for more!

We spent 6 nights at this wonderful Homestay and wished we could have stayed longer. We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. The entire place is very clean and beautifully kept. Breakfast is great, rooms are very comfortable and the location is within walking distance to most of the main sites. We actually enjoyed the location since it was quiet and just outside the main touristy areas. We had our laundry done here and they do an amazing job!!! We can't say enough good things about this place and we really hope to return one day. Nai really helped us organize our days and gave us some great ideas on places to go. They are so efficient and can arrange anything for you. Thank you so much Manfred ((your pate was legendary!), Narumol and Nai!!!

Baitong Homestay is pure tranquillity. From the moment we arrived, Narumol and Manfred made us feel completely at home. The setting is so peaceful, with lovely fish ponds, lush greenery, and the gentle sound of running water creating the perfect escape. Each morning, Narumol served a delicious cooked breakfast, paired with Manfred’s amazing homemade bread - we may have even asked for seconds! Narumol went above and beyond by helping us plan our stay in Chiang Mai city, recommending fantastic tours and experiences where we were picked up and dropped off afterwards - completely stress-free and the best way to do it. We decided on Siam Home Cooking Class and the Chiang Mai Boxing Stadium, where we watched talented young professionals in an authentic Muay Thai boxing match. The combination of warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful local recommendations made our stay truly special. We’ll definitely be back!

From the moment i came in i truly felt like at home. They were so loving and caring, always going that extra mile. Comfortable, clean, homemade breakfast, excellent for the price. Would love to come back every chance i get 🩷

We had a lovely stay at this guesthouse. Rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good (eggs, omelette, fruits, bread, butter, jam, cheese). Manfred bakes his own German bread, and it is great to have some qualitative bread in Thailand. There are also two friendly dogs. It is about a 15min walk from the night Bazar or the old city. The hotel itself is super quiet.

Manfred, his wife, and Nine are amazing hosts. They warm welcomed us and we're very friendly. They accommodated our early departures by having breakfast ready. The homemade bread, homemade jam in the breakfast were super we really enjoyed the room was super clean and had airconditioning. They also cleaned the outside area very frequently. Also walking to the city is 15 min and never had issues. Totally recommend it and great value for money.

We loved our stay in Baitong Homestay, just a little bit away from the business of Chiang Mai but so close to everything. Hidden away in the small alleyways, a little gem to stay. Very nice people run this place that is budget friendly and the rooms are just what you need. I would definitely come back here.

INCREDIBLE HOMESTAY!!!! The BEST value for money stay in my travels so far. The owners are so warm, accommodating and friendly - and they have the cutest doggos! The rooms are a sufficient size and kept clean. The breakfast is incredible, and largely homemade with love. The bread and the jams are homemade - some of the best bread I have had in my life! The food was so good, we even opted for dinner one night! Would highly recommend!!!! A hidden gem in Chiang Mai!
