They're very understanding and are open to food sensitivity requests if they can offer it (no gluten, no dairy, no garlic, no onions...) The service is very good, except that they don't really check in with you after you get your food. If you need additional assistance, you need to get someone's attention.
The food is consistently yummy. Best guac in town. I had to get mine without onions and tomatoes, and it was still the best I've had - partially because they're willing to leave out some ingredients for me.
The rooftop is nice, and there's a downstairs option.

WOW! That salmon was made to perfection and EVERYTHING was tasty. The tilapia was always tasty, but ordering it with crispy skin and not to dry without a pink center meant to order it Medium.
Since I had asked for my food without certain ingredients, the server, Anahi, paid close attention and asked if I could eat bread. I said that I couldn't. If you decline the bread and order tortillas instead, they charge for the tortillas. But, I'd you have an allergy, the tortillas are complimentary (I had run into this issue). I was so grateful she checked. She even brought me some extra chips to finish my guacamole.
Guacamole, tortillas, and chips were as fresh as always.
Thanks for taking care of me, Baja Fish Taquitos!
A great way to have my
