Baja Fresh

I always enjoy dining at Baja Fresh! The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. I love their variety — from tacos and burritos to bowls and salads, everything tastes vibrant and satisfying. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always makes the experience pleasant. The restaurant is clean, bright, and has a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a quick meal or a casual lunch with friends. I especially appreciate how consistent the quality is every time I visit. Definitely one of my go-to spots for delicious Mexican-inspired food. Highly recommend!

I received a $10 reward from Baja Fresh by signing up for their text alerts. So I used my FREE $10 to try Baja Fresh for the first time!! I order the Street Taco Trio which comes with 3 soft corn tortillas filled with grilled chicken, steak and carnitas with black beans and rice and two choices of sauces. I chose Salsa Baja and Salsa Verde (medium) salsas. And it only took about 15 mins before my food was ready! I arrived at the location during this lovely, warm afternoon which is really beautiful and peaceful I might add! Arturo made my visit the best! I walked up to the Pick Up Here area and let him know my order was ready. He was so kind. I let him know this was my first time trying Baja Fresh and that I was excited to try it and see what it tasted like! He went above and beyond and let me know that the other sauces, though I couldn’t choose them online, were up for grabs to try them out and see what I liked! He even recommended I try the Salsa Mango Mild sauce with the tortilla chips if I like that “sweet” taste to go along with my chips! He invited me back and said “hey, after you find out what you like, the next time you come, hey you know what to get!!” His positive spirit and energy truly brightened my day, I had to give him a shout out and give Baja Fresh a review!! Thank you, Arturo!! Now, how is the food? So I started with the black beans and rice. The beans are soft and delicious and the rice has a really flavory seasoning to it! The flavors both complement each other so well. Then I moved to the Steak Taco. I wish that there was some mild red sauce to go along with the Chicken and Steak tacos to give them just a spice of flavor. But the Carnitas taco?! Oowee, that was the best out of the 3. The meat, the flavor and the taste, I truly enjoyed it! Also, Arturo was right; the Salsa Mango does go quite perfect with the tortilla chips in giving it an uplifting sweet taste after eating the meat. It was a blessed meal. I thank the Lord and Baja Fresh for it. Overall my rating including the service and food = 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I tried their “Dos Enchiladas Rojas” with black beans, Salsa Mango and Pico de Gallo sauces. It’s apart of their new $10 bundle deals. I’d say the Enchilades were very good. The chicken was a little burned. But eating the Enchilada with beans and chips really helped bring all the flavor together. I truly enjoyed this meal! Place is clean & well organized. Salsa bar w many options. The wait was not long. Food was great fresh salsa meats in all dishes were moist and tender to the last bite. Also found a coupon in a book and saved a good amount.

Excellent customer service. This is a picture of just half of the fajitas plate we shared. Delicious meal! They also have delicious churros that are fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They also have a self-serve salsa bar. I like this place for lunch or dinner.

It's amazing how many flavors and styles of Mexican food there is. The two things that makes Baja Fresh unique are 1) the freshness of the ingredients and 2) their black baja salsa which has so much flavor it's a punch in the mouth. Baja Fresh delivers real food at fast food speeds and price. Love it!

It’s no wonder this company is closing down locations left and right. 15 minutes ago I order a simple Baja” fish taco and nothing else and get grilled chicken (or grilled fish, I can’t tell the difference). The restaurant name literally has “Baja” in the name, I order a single item with nothing else on the order and can’t get the simplest Baja style item in an attempt to capture a sliver of brand essence/posture. Good luck, Baja Fresh! I hope another La Tia Tacos takes over this location like they did in Foothill Ranch a few months back so that balance can be restored to the SoCal identity of ubiquitous availability for semi-respectable Mexican food on both quality and service. All chain restaurants are not the same and this location proved this. I got the chicken bowl and it was prepared perfectly. The proportions were on point and definitely not lacking. The place was clean and the customer service great. I asked to buy chips and salsa and was informed they came free with me order. I haven't been for a while so please don't fault me for not knowing. Anyways, seems like a great place to get catering from. Cheers
