We were looking for one elevated meal on our trip through the Basque region. It really is very difficult to pick one, not to mention how far out many of the top spots book up. We came across a review of this place which sold us through and through and it did NOT disappoint. Stunning presentation, story telling, and overall experience. A wonderful way to get immersed in Basque culture via exquisite cusine. Wonderful staff who accommodated the story telling in English, with a little kitchen tour at the end. Wine pairing was expertly done and complemented each dish perfectly. You step inside to the intimate dining area and the outside world disappears. Beautifully done, each dish was divine!

An extraordinary meal! Beautiful steel tableware, fabulous basque inspired food that took me back 50 years including calamares en su tinto(ish), their take on a Carolina and an helado de corte. Really interesting wine pairing and overall super service. Just such a fantastic experience that included a look in the kitchen at their wood fired range. Go now!

Wow! What an amazing experience! Beautiful hand-crafted steel tableware; incredible, beautiful, original food and unbelievable service… that was one of the most interesting meals I’ve ever eaten. All with a truly Basque touch including a ‘Carolina’ and an ‘helado de corte’… both with a difference! Wine pairing was perfect. You will not be disappointed if you manage to find this unassuming little place!!!!
