The pretzel stick and the grape cake/apple streusel were absolutely delicious! As a German who’s been away from home for quite a while, it truly felt like having a little taste of home right there on the plate. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this bakery — definitely worth a visit! 👍🏼

German bread and cake, breakfast in a wide range is offered also directly in the bakery. Was nice to eat good bread, cheese and sausage after 2 weeks in Bali. Absolutely recommended!

Good sandwich, made from very fresh ingredients, got the chicken and turkey sandwich, both are tasty. The price is quite expensive but worth the quality. -Jul 2023

Great European style cuts and bread. Definitely on the pricier side, but good to get a taste of home while abroad for long. Coffee tastes a bit bland, but the great bread and rolls make up for that any day of the week.

3 of us had Breakfast there. The food was very good with lots of European sausage and meats on offer. The bread was really good. Unfortunately it is a bit on the expensive side.

Grape cake was ok. Latte was more like bali coffee with milk and foam. Price around 75k. Pay by cash. QRs payment was not available. Not the place I would be crazy about but it seems like there is very few options around. Pet friendly gives it extra star.

We came here as it was on the corner in the area we were staying. Relatively speaking it's a bit more pricey than other restaurants for food but the food that was served was of good quality and it tasted great. I got the half baguette with the different salamis and cheeses and was good as were the coffees. Service is good, food is good and location for us was good.

Ridiculously rude owner. We lunched here and afterwards we were surprised by the price of the “Jaffle”, so we wanted to know how they came to the total that was shown on the bill. When we asked how they came to the final price, at first they couldn’t clearly show us on the menu. We ordered a Jaffle with cheese which has a price of X, but they told us you pay separately for the portion of cheese, the type of bread and butter. Also if you want to use this concept, you shouldn’t add something that someone didn’t ask for (butter). When we said it wasn’t clearly mentioned on the menu, the woman who owns the place, told us to “eat at a warung if you want to eat cheap”. While the money is no issue, the unclear menu is. When she started to get this rude, she also mentioned “this is not a warung, you pay for bread, butter and electricity” yes, electricity.. crazy how people react over feedback about a bad menu. The waitress was kind, and I can’t imagine how she must have felt when the owner talked so condescending about money matters. We also got the husband of the woman on FaceTime who was able to explain how the pricing worked, but the woman clearly needs to learn how customers should be treated. She feels better about herself than others and she shouldn’t. The prices are too high for what you get, yes but paying is no problem if someone learns to calm down and explain a price. Extremely rude and would never come back.
