This place has a nice ambiance despite being placed in a shopping mall. Unfortunately, the merits end there. The service was inattentive (forgot the drinks menu, forgot us altogether on a couple of occasions) and incredibly slow, the food was bland (we ordered turkey omelette, mushroom soup, beef stroganoff and a few more courses - all of which were absolutely tasteless).
It seems great that the place has so many different cuisines to choose from, but I would far rather prefer a smaller menu, but a higher quality of food, which usually characterises Ginza restaurants.
I can not recommend this restaurant as we left disappointed.
