The Buka Book Centre is a beautiful building with a really relaxing and inviting atmosphere—The in-house coffee shop was a nice touch and made the visit even more enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed to find a service charge automatically added to the bill. Still, it’s a lovely spot well worth visiting.

This place is a gem! One of the most beautiful bookshops in the world. It’s huge, with a wide selection of books in many languages. What I loved most is that there are plenty of places to sit and read — comfortable sofas, chairs, pillows, windowsills, and even a dedicated work zone. There’s also a café on the first floor, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent!

The interior is very very beautiful and there is a wide selection of books. The staff are very friendly and always helpful, they're do their best to find what you're looking for. I often come here to buy books, and there are frequently good discounts. I haven't tried the cafe inside yet tbh

Mind-Blowing Architecture Meets Book Haven: Discover Baku Book Center on Nizami Street!
While roaming around Nizami Street, we stumbled upon this hidden gem. We were blown away by its stunning architecture and peaceful atmosphere. This massive bookstore has cozy seating areas for all ages and even a cafe to relax in. Though the collection in other languages is limited, the experience of exploring this beautiful space was absolutely worth it. A must-visit spot in Baku for book lovers and architecture enthusiasts alike!

This is a beautiful place where books are neatly arranged. However, it has some disadvantages. Although there is a place to read a book or work, no wifi is allowed. This is very strange. At the same time, I was very surprised by the toilet issue. If you want to go to the toilet, you must buy something here. It would be understandable if this was just a shop. But if there is a place to study and work here, then there should be easy access to the toilet. They should solve this problem, otherwise I wouldn't see anyone coming and spending time here

Such a cute place, we randomly stumbled upon it. Peaceful atmosphere and beautifully decorated. There’s a reading area, but also can grab coffee and simply walk around.

Quite a lovely, library and Co working space; all combined into one. There were plenty of nice corky corners which folks had already grabbed when I went in. Massive selection of books (mostly local language based though from what I noted albeit there was a section on foreign books which were English based).
Definitely worth checking out at least

I visited Baku Book Center and spent some quiet time reading my own book on the second floor. The space itself was peaceful, and I genuinely enjoyed being there. However, my experience took a disappointing turn when I asked to use the restroom (toilet). I was told I could only use it if I made a purchase. It’s frustrating that access to basic facilities is restricted this way, especially after spending time in the space respectfully. This policy left a very negative impression.
