The event hall boasts a well-designed and comfortable atmosphere, providing ample space for gathering and engagement. However, it's worth noting that reaching the entrance gates necessitates a lengthy stroll, which might be a bit of an inconvenience for some guests.

🆘Do not stand right next to the stage🆘 It is too crowded there and the sound from speakers can destroy your eardrums. Personally, i felt bored (due to waiting artist) and irritated(by drunk people who were dancing like a crazy and moshing). But if you stand behind, you will have advantages of more space to enjoy or dance, and have complete visibility of animations. Enjoy it!

Astonishing new building. In a very peaceful part of town. Definitely recommend renting a bike and pay a visit to see it up close

Great venue for different kinds of concerts. Very good sound quality and plethora of visual effects add to the whole experience. A little far from the city center, however still accessible through a very nice route by the sea. Spacious place with plenty of parking.

Impressive huge construction built for Eurovision 2012 for one year only. It is situated in a huge park. The location is remote, we came by Bolt. In the evening it is beautifully lighted.

I attended a concert at Baku Crystal Hall today and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing even before the event began. Despite arriving early, we were forced to wait outside in extremely cold and windy weather. Volunteers on-site refused to let us inside and insisted we stay outside for over an hour, constantly delaying the announced entrance time without clear communication. Adding to the frustration, there were multiple entrances but absolutely no proper guidance. Volunteers were disorganized and kept directing guests to the wrong entrances, causing even more confusion and unnecessary delays. Overall, the lack of organization, poor crowd management, and disregard for guests’ comfort really ruined the start of what should have been an exciting evening. Very disappointing experience.

Except having loud music - taking into account that kids attend the game summit event - there were no serious issues at all. Well, t- shirts were expensive too ! Most interesting stand was of City Net, and my kids enjoyed that :)
