BAKUCHA Vineyard Hotel & SPA

The food is Michelin level possibly better. The service is beyond any expectations, warm and friendly yet extremely professional. This hotel and restaurant is run organically, all ingredients are either grown on site or resourced very locally. Every single dish has been carefully prepared and presented. The taste is divine. On top of all that They seem to have achieved near zero carbon footprint with on-site energy resources (I believe solar and wind) the Wines require a separate write up, on their own; as they are extremely high quality. You must experience this place at least once in your life time. It is luxury, it is peaceful, it is yummy, it is warm and friendly, the views around the hotel are breath-taking, the level of quality is beyond 5 star. The location is within easy reach from Istanbul especially from Istanbul airport if you are flying in. It has been such a treat after Istanbul's hustle and bustle. After a very tiring and busy few days in Istanbul, this place will be just what you need to unwind and relax in true luxury. I cannot recommend this experience strongly enough. Cannot wait to go back again. Give yourself a gift of Bakucha you will thank Yourself.

This is a wonderful place to escape the city. We have visited a few times before . This time we enjoyed ourselves even more, as we chose to stay on a Friday evening when the hotel is not as busy . We had a very personal wine testing session and tour of the vineyards . As we were a small group we are also treated to visiting the wine production area ( note - not always allowed) . The hotel is very nice - and the quality of food is excellent . I would only like to make the suggestion that the dinner started a little earlier in the winter . We had to wait until 7:30 pm for dinner which was a little long after driving from Istanbul . Also as the dinner is a wonderful 5 course meal, it is nice to take your time over it . Be sure to visit in the week or in a Friday evening if you want a quieter experience.

Bakucha is one of our all-time favorite places to stay. It has such a cozy, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. The wines are delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and what I love the most is that they’re truly pet and dog-friendly. The staff is always kind and attentive, and the food is simply amazing — the chef is incredibly talented. We always leave with a big smile and can’t wait to come back. 🍷🐶

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at Bakucha. The property is beautiful - rooms were spacious with balconies overlooking the west. The only problem we had was the wifi did not work for us. The restaurant on site is farm- to-table and we enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast. We also enjoyed the outdoor terrace overlooking the sunset and fire pit during the chilly evenings. The vineyard tour and wine tasting was great. The tasting was done very professionally. Ms Gökhan was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the vineyards and wine making techniques with our group, using both Turkish and English. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and attentive. We thought the overall experience was a very good value (especially with the vineyard tour and wine tasting included with the lodging). and will definitely come back.

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel! Here’s why: Food: If you're seeking a "Farm to Table" experience with unique flavors, this is the hotel for you. The five-course meals were not only healthy but also exceptionally tasty, making each night a delightful treat. Service: The staff deserves five stars. They were incredibly friendly, caring, and clearly highly trained and knowledgeable. Their attentive service truly enhanced the experience. Massage: I’ve had many massages before, but this one was among the best. It was incredibly relaxing. Wine: The wine tasting was fantastic. We visited hotel's vineyards (Arcadia Wines), and Ms. Burcu provided a detailed explanation of the different grape varieties and the winemaking process. Afterwards, she took us to the hotel's open-air rooftop for a wine tasting session with a stunning sunset view. Ambiance: The environment is wonderfully romantic, perfect for a couples' weekend getaway. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to enjoy the breathtaking views, relax by the pool with a book, and be pampered by the lovely staff. Overall, it was a 10-star experience!

Amazing stay with Bakucha Vineyard hotel, everything was just perfect. ||The staff was so attentive and friendly, who made our stay like home away from home. Special thanks to Eren, the hotel manager, who had been so helpful in every way he could possibly be, and showed us around the property including the green house and lavender land.||The wine tasting was fantastic. Burzu (not sure about the spelling) knows wines in the region well and speaks good English.||The food at the restaurant was amazing! Shout out to the pastry, they are simply the best in Turkey as we traveled. The dinner tasting menu is to go for, definitely worth the price. Not to mention the staff at the restaurant was very attentive as well.||Sunset at the property was breathtaking. With a book and some Turkish tea, you are set for the afternoon.||Overall experience was definitely fantastic, we extended our stay because we just loved the experience with our toddler.

Perfect for couples or group of friends looking for an overnight stay. It offers a wonderful retreat amidst natural surroundings. With friendly service, exceptional food, and an abundance of fine wine to enhance the experience, it's an ideal getaway. The vineyard is also dog-friendly and has a stunning walking trail for enjoying the nature.

The rooms, the staff and the food were amazing. Especially the hotel staff and their attention were top notch. Special thanks to Selim Bey in restaurant who went above and beyond with his attention to detail for my wife's gluten-free diet, he's a star in this property. The vineyard tour was good but the wine tasting was rather below average, but the overall experience is definitely a 5-star.
