Balai Tinay Guesthouse

The place is very homey. We stayed here for 2 nights and found it to be a very good deal. You can order breakfast (usually silog types) fpr 170-180 that they can serve as early as 7 am, as long as you advise them the night before. Yung kitchen nila is complete with hot/cold water dispenser, coffee, tea, sugar, cream, utensils. As for the room, the TV comes with Netflix na and the bed and pillows are medium soft, which I prefer. The bathroom has hot shower, bidet and shampoo / body wash. There are a lot of common areas din. Probably the only area of improvement is their communication. I had to follow up several times just to confirm my reservation kasi matagal sila mag reply. Other than that, everything is 10/10

A fantastic stay, just like staying at home. The host and staff were all very nice. They lent me a high power hairdryer and Joseph, a staff member, was incredibly helpful, showing me how to use the hot water and cooking a wonderful Filipino breakfast (although I don't really eat sausages 😂). Definitely worth going back to!

The owners are very lovely, ready for any request and gave us good recommendations! The space around wasn't as green as I'd expected, as well as the room. It looked different on the pictures. Nevertheless, it was absolutely fine for our 2 nights there. Location is great, close to the main street!

The owner is so approachable, the ambiance is so nice even the interior design, though the little off is the comfort room smell and the thick pillow but overall it's so nice to stay anyway.

I’ve literally travelled around the world and this is one of the very best accommodations that I’ve ever booked. It’s such a unique and beautiful guesthouse and you really can’t beat the views from the terrace! The room and bed was extremely comfortable and they’ve thought of everything that you could possibly need for the duration of your trip. It felt like being at home! The owners and people who work there were incredibly welcoming and friendly too. I also really appreciated the free water and coffee which kept me going when waking up early each morning to view Mayon! Thank you all for an unforgettable stay :)

Great hospitality and lovely accommodation, especially given the price. Our room was spacious and well appointed, we also thought the decor throughout was cute. The owner is very helpful and welcoming. We would stay again.

THEY HAVE THE FASTEST INTERNET I'VE EVER BEEN TO! No complaints about their place. Good location, homey vibes, clean, has natural sunlight, very spacious, lots of plants, owner is really accommodating as well.
