Balcones del Atlántico Residences

The overall facility was nice and aparment was clean. However during my stay we encountered issues with our vehicle, all four tires were disinflated and were blocked in by a double parked car. When we questioned the administration they said they were not responsible for anything that happens to your car within their facility. This made no sense because when you rent within a complex and they have security guards on premise you would assume your car will be safe and secured. Don't think I will be return to this complex again. They have issues with the security.

Hi all! We stayed in this complex with my family of 4 people for 6 nights. This was in December 2023. I want to write an honest review. I was extremely unhappy with my stay, the apartment we stayed in was terribly old, dirty and not cleaned. Wi-fi was very slow and the connection was only two meters from the router, the furniture is stained, the chairs on the balcony are old and rusty and when you sit on them you can stumble upon a nail from the chair. The air conditioners in some rooms do not work, and those air conditioners that work are humming very loudly and it is not possible to sleep. All the furniture is old and tired. The staff is not respectful. We were warned at the beginning that we would pay for water, but then when we started renting out our room at the end, they checked every plate, counted every towel and said that we could only pay for water in cash, ($50 for 6 nights) we are very We had a hard time looking for cash and we managed to find it, after that we paid and were not given a receipt for payment, I highly do not recommend staying in this hotel.

The location is beautiful and the service is even better. Kilssy was un encanto super attentive and super professional. We had an amazing time and would 10000% come back. I highly recommend you stay and if you do ask for Kilssy she will make sure you have everything you need.

Wonderful stay and enjoyed it very much. Kilssy was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Also Haicei was very helpful as well. Thank for a wonderful stay. It was very safe and they made us feel comfortable.

It’s my 4th time coming to Las Terrenas and all those times I’ve stayed here . The reception has outstanding service Kirsi helped us out a lot , she’s very kind and attentive. The rooms are amazing honestly , very cozy , clean , and comfortable. The area that the complex is located is perfect as well I get the best of both worlds … peace and relaxation but if I wanna have fun the place to be is close by . To wrap everything up I HIGHLY recommend staying here .

Great front beach complex, with excellent views and access to the beach

Excellent place, extraordinary accomodations, beautyfull view, I felt most confortable Like in my own house, kids enjoy the Pool and the Beach, restaurant os amazing, i am just waiting for the next long weekend to come back

Unit was great clean and very well located. Unfortunately, the washing machine did not work nor did the hot water and Jacuzzi have hot water when I contacted the maintenance area they came out immediately but informed me that the machine was broken. They did take my clothes and clean it at their laundry facility which I was very appreciative but the owner should really consider replacing it as as it is a inconvenience for guests and staff
