A beautiful oasis on a tropical island. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff for such an amazing stay. We are so pleased that we picked your hotel to stay in during our visit to Gili. Eating (delicious) breakfast with your feet in the sand after watching the sunrise is the best way to wake up. The bedrooms are nice but maybe a little dark but the bathrooms made up for it as they are light and gorgeous too. Love this place! The rooms are beautiful and they put flowers and towel animals on our bed. Looks very aesthetic. Room was great, big and clean. The breakfast is so good and the food and drinks in the restaurant is over all expectation! This place should be more famous for their food also because it was some of the best we had in all of gili. The best thing about this place is the staff, they are so kind and service oriented and will help you with anything you need. Very friendly and good vibes :) Would recommend for anyone who is considering, if its just for eating/drinks or staying here. 10/10!

A wonderful small hotel with lively bungalows. Right across from the beach with their own beds on the beach. Perfect location with the beach and lots of restaurants a short walk. 10 minutes walk from the harbour. The staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast was always delicious. It's not brand new but had lots of character and was very clean.

I can see why this hotel is so highly rated. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and have lovely outdoor bathrooms. There’s a great pool, and the hotel even has its own private part of the beach with free sun loungers—such a bonus. The unexpected highlight was the food—OMG, it was amazing! I’m usually not one to eat at the hotel and prefer trying different places, but the food here was just too good. I ended up having most of my meals on-site. Also, the guy running reception was so helpful. He organised transfers and the bus back to Bali for my group of eight and really went out of his way to find us the best deal with a good boat. He was genuine and super helpful—such great service.

Excellent experience! Spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms. The accommodation in general is very comfortable and quiet. We had breakfast included with many abundant options. We also had lunch in their same restaurant and we were surprised with the main dishes. Fresh, rich and healthy food. The super attentive and friendly staff, they greet with a smile all the time and were always at our disposal. Thanks to our housekeeping ABDUL for making our room so beautiful! Thank you Diego for your attention! I definitely recommend this place, the location is unbeatable, it has its own beach, its pool, and it is close to everything but not in the center of the bustle... Experience 10/10!

Room really clean, cute, into the nature and really close to the private beach. We rented bikes and reserved a private snorkeling trip. Everythings was really nice. The staff is good. The food is really tasty and good. We had a really relaxing time. Just one suggestion: to improve the management of umberella on the beach sometimes is difficult to find a place.

convenient location, in a lively but quiet area. Very nice beach with beautiful sea. The guys are amazing, always available for any request. Possibility to rent a bike and organize snorkeling on site. And finally exceptional food, I recommend their fluffy pancakes and cappuccino for breakfast and the bagel or hamburger for lunch.

This is a return visit for me to Bale Sampan. The rooms are lovely, clean and great showers and hot water. The large and complementary water bottles are appreciated and it's good that this means there is less plastic waste. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The food in the Cafe is delicious and the breakfast offerings are varied, generous and tasty. I will definitely stay here again when I am lucky enough to return to the beautiful Gili T. The lounges on the beach are comfy and I loved snorkelling straight across the road from the accomodation.It's an easy walk from the port. 5 stars to all at Bale Sampan you are all gems!!
