Bali Buda Bukit

I think this is by far one of the best spots to eat healthy around the far end of Uluwatu. Love the variety of options, friendly staff and the fact that they have a health food store on the spot! Food is great and never had an issue! They are eco friendly and really make an effort to reuse and reduce the impact by not using plastic! Recommend

I was super excited and happy to try their food and actually love how much they are trying to be more focused on plant based, and being a conscious restaurant. Unfortunately, I do not recommend take away as you get them like this and you need to put everything together by yourself. I understand how they think and it makes sense now but for the price I would like to have a better experience. Bigger sourdough for avocado toast to fit ingredients would be great as well 🙏

My rating is solely for the Kombuchas. We are regular customers of Bali Buda, both in Bukit and Ubud. We love their products, the quality, the food, which is tasty and healthy, and the staff, who are always very kind. Regarding all of this, we have no complaints. However, we have tried all the flavors of their Kombuchas, and we can confidently say that we will never buy them again, nor can we recommend them to anyone. They are over fermented to the point that drinking them feels like drinking vinegar, and you even end up feeling slightly tipsy. A product that’s supposed to be healthy and beneficial becomes the complete opposite when it is so over-fermented; drinking something that acidic can be very upsetting to the stomach. After trying this last bottle and realizing it was practically undrinkable, we asked the waitress if we could exchange it for a coconut water. She told us it wasn’t possible because we had already opened and tasted it. Of course we opened it, how else are you supposed to know if it’s good or not without tasting it? I tried explaining that it was impossible to drink that kombucha and even asked them to try it themselves so they could see I wasn’t exaggerating. She still refused to exchange it. Instead, she offered a glass with ice and some liquid sugar to sweeten it. We accepted keeping the bottle only because they were going to charge us anyway. It’s ridiculous and completely unreasonable to sell customers a product that is clearly not right and refuse to replace it even when it’s in bad condition. In any other country, they would exchange it without a problem if the product was faulty, except in Bali! It makes no sense. Naturally, I wasn’t going to waste my time arguing with a waitress who is simply following instructions and doing her job the best she can. In fact, both the girl and the guy who usually attend us are adorable, and I genuinely feel bad that this experience involved them. I truly hope the people in charge at Bali Buda Bukit read this review and check their kombuchas, because they are far from what a good kombucha should be. They are simply undrinkable!

A Little Slice of Natural Heaven What a beautiful little gem of a place! Bali Buda has this charming, quaint atmosphere with a small shop and cozy restaurant that instantly makes you feel at ease. The shop is a treasure trove of all-natural products — so many thoughtful, high-quality items that it's easy to get lost just browsing. There's real eye candy here if you know what I mean — take your time and explore every corner. We came in for breakfast and weren’t disappointed. My wife and I both ordered the omelette — fresh, and delicious. I also had the Super Berry smoothie, which was refreshing and full of flavor. Our son had the grilled cheese sandwich with a citrus and mint soda, and it was such a hit that he ended up ordering a second one! My wife also got a smoothie bowl that looked beautiful, loaded with fresh fruit and garnishes — almost too pretty to eat. We spotted some stunning cakes in the display, but since it was still breakfast time, we didn’t get to try them. Definitely planning a return visit one afternoon just for that. A place like this is worth revisiting.

Being on a bodybuilding diet, I had specific restrictions and foods I needed to eat. Having this place that I could pick certain vegetables ins and carbs was ideal for me. I was very very happy with my food choices and meal. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Tucked away in a busy corner, this is a cute little grocery shop with an attached cafe. I love that everything is earth and health conscious. If you spend 300k rupiahs or more, you get a complimentary grocery fabric bag. The cafe menu is on a newspaper, and they recycle their newspapers as takeaway bags. Lots of local clean products from ready to eat foods, beauty, to daily living. Highly recommend. (Parking may be hard if you have a car. Small space for scooters only)

I’m afraid to say the was a hair in my toasted cheese sandwich. I have flu so was looking forward to this but couldn’t eat it. I’d appreciate a refund please. I ordered today via Grab. Cheese toasted sandwich and tomato Red pepper soup.
