Bali Hai Resort & Spa

I had a fantastic time at Bali Hai Resorts and ended up staying for 10 days. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were spotless. I also tried the laundry service, which was excellent. I enjoyed daily massages and had my nails done as well—both at great prices with outstanding service. The resort’s quiet and peaceful atmosphere was truly relaxing. The breakfast on the gazebo was my favorite. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

Anniversary was remembered by receptionist when we spoke on the phone, weeks earlier. We were upgraded to a lovely room with a beautiful welcome of flowers in shapes of hearts. Great location. So nice to have kitchen & patio, with own bbq. Really felt like we were in Bali. LOVED the outdoor shower!! Lovely & extremely helpful staff (left some things behind in safe :/ which was sent to our home). Highly recommend & would DEF stay there again!! Thanks for a wonderful stay :))

Legitimately the most enjoyable stays I've ever had at a hotel. The food was amazing plus they can bring it to your room. The massage was lovely. Also our room was beautiful with everything one would need and more. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Took my partner there for her birthday with friends. The restaurant was amazing. Food and service above and beyond what I was hoping for. Then, on Monday, they had the hour long massage session. This resort is simply, world class.

This was our second visit, first time was more than 15 years ago.||We recognised the place as it was back then, ||Spacious deluxe room, clean , fine bed, stand alone bath, in and outside shower|Fridge, bbq and kitchen. Outside sitting space||Yet , the room looked old fashioned. It is not cosy|Rooms need refurbishment , they lack atmosphere and a modern touch||New was the restaurant, apparently also popular by the locals.||Foods seems great, so reserve your table beter you arrive|Strangely the do not serve breakfast|Again, the restaurant lacks atmosphere and in noisy||Bali Hai remains a nice resort , we would stay there again, but it needs an update

Very nice resort about 10 minutes walk to Cable Beach. Very close to a bus stop to get into|Broome town. My room was very large with a sleeping area, living room, kitchen, and large bathroom with separate tub and shower along with an outside shower. The resort has a nice pool. The spa is very nice and I had a great massage there. The restaurant is very nice and food is very good though pricey. There is a laundry room where you can do laundry (free). I recommend the Bali Hai.

Beautiful hotel set in amazing maintained gardens with a peaceful environment. Quiet atmosphere and amazing restaurant on site. Highly recommend the spa on site. Staff were amazing helpful and friendly. Obviously a lovely place to work. Guest laundry on site is another added bonus.

We had a short staycation at bali hai. Staff were lovely, our room was upgraded and was amazing! Felt relaxed as soon as we entered the property and hardly wanted to leave the room it was so lush. Lots of little special touches in the room. Room service from the restaurant was excellent. Thank you bali Hai. Highly recommended
