Great Family Holiday. A Truly Memorable Stay Thanks to Incredible Staff!||We recently stayed at Mandira and couldn’t be happier with the experience. While the location and facilities were great, what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service—especially from Ary our room cleaner (the big one😜).||Ary went above and beyond every single day. Not only was our room spotless, but he also added thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely cared for. His warm smile, attention to detail, and kindness left a lasting impression on our entire family. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and does it with so much heart.||Honestly, we would recommend Mandira just for the incredible staff alone, with Ary being the absolute standout. Thank you for making our stay so special—we can’t wait to return!

I stayed here with my 2 children (9 and 11 years) with 3 other friends who each had children the same age. We stayed in the deluxe cottages with all of the extras such as breakfast, 10am-6pm access to the refreshment room - kids loved a drink and icecream and us mums loved the 3-6pm canapes and 4-6pm free flowing drinks. We all loved the breakfast and spent our mornings down Garlic Lane shopping (a short stroll) and the rest of the days at the pool. The kids particularly loved the water slides and the beach. Honestly our 4 families could not fault a thing. I can guarantee if you are looking for a family holiday that will suit both yourselves and the kids - this has to be the number one pick!

Beautiful grounds. Lovely pools. Wonderful staff. ||We stayed in club interconnecting cottages. They are in desperate need of renovation. Old stained light fittings, curtains no longer working properly, bathrooms are very tired. ||However, we have still given a four star rating due to:||1. Grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The gardeners do an exceptional job and the atmosphere day and night is delightful.||2. The adults pool at Azul is wonderful. You can see Legian Beach from the infinity edge, sunsets from the pool are spectacular and the set up adjacent to Azul bar and Cafe is fabulous.||3. The staff were so warm and attentive. Such lovely service in every area and at every level.||4. Location is fantastic. Legian Beach is just across the road. Garlic Lane, with multiple good restaurants and shops, is at your fingertips the moment you step out of the resort. ||5. Glow spa is exceptional! Prices are very reasonable and the massage experience was sublime. Although you'll find a cheaper spa outside the resort, none will even be close to this level of service and facility.||6. Dining was generally very good, aside from one or two dishes that had to be returned. Breakfast was great at both the buffet and Azul. The short stroll to many wonderful restaurants close to the resort (Frescos, Fat Bowl, Macan, Moo Moos, 108 Sportsbar) made for an abundance of good food choices.||All in all a wonderful holiday, despite the ageing condition of the cottages.

Located close to the beach and not far from shops and night life it’s in the sweet spot of Legian. Family friendly hotel with water slides and ice cream bar. They also have a sand beach on one side of the pool for sand play. The style of the resort is Balinese with statues and architecture that you feel you’re in Bali. They have a kids club so the parents can relax a little by the pool or in one of the many bars at the resort. Staff is very friendly and love kids.

We received a warm welcome at the hotel reception by Jessica and her Bali Mandira team. We had an incredibly wonderful time here from June 4th to June 20th. Our room was very clean and we had a beautiful view over the hotel complex to the Azul Beach Club. The pool complex is so beautiful, the restaurants, the shows, the fireworks, the food, the staff - there are even some fish and turtles here. There were lots of weddings with a great program and there is something for everyone. The beach is right next to the hotel. Breakfast every morning is very varied and delicious. The only thing that was a bit of a shame was that we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our coffee every morning, or sometimes it didn't come at all. Check-in waa quick with a welcoming drink being provided on arrival. The gardens and pools are superb - the best for all but particularly for families. It felt like you're in paradise. The resort location was good with easy access to external shops, restaurants and the many masseurs Bali is known for. Even though the room and bathroom were dated, they were clean, the beds are super comfortable, as were the pillows. All linen is immaculately clean. On each level of the building we were in they had filtered water machines, so you never had to worry about getting clean water to drink. The gardens leading to the rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a more than ample selection provided with a fresh omelette cooking area. The gym had ample equipment and a scale to use to remind you how great the breakfast buffet was. 😞The resort pool area is showing signs of neglect and maintenance is needed. Having said that it is perfectly set up for families. The pools with water slides are all close together making it easy as a parent to supervise children. The beach is literally across the road and the area is supervised by a hotel employee who stop traffic before you cross. Security at the front entrance is excellent with cars being stopped and checked for the B word before being let in. The staff are wonderful and quick to please on any requests. We loved our stay at the Bali Mandira and can't wait to come back again.

An unforgettable 5-star experience for the whole family! This resort is truly a hidden gem and an extraordinary place to spend quality time with your loved ones. We stayed here with our two kids and had an amazing time from start to finish. The resort has its own private pool with plenty of space to sunbathe and relax under the sun. It’s also very kid-friendly — they even provided us with sand toys, which kept the little ones happy and entertained! Each room comes with its own private Wi-Fi router, so you can stay connected and do whatever you need without any hassle. The service? Absolutely top-notch — the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. One of the best parts is how close it is to the beach. Legian Beach is just a few steps away, making it easy to enjoy the sea breeze any time of the day. We spent our days lounging by the pool, and wrapped up each evening watching the sunset paint the sky — a perfect ending to every day. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay with a personal touch!

It has been an amazing stay for me and my wife here at Bali Mandira as we celebrated our wedding anniversary and birthday. The service levels and the facilities was awesome from all of the staffs. Staffs were very welcoming and warm and it made our 7 days stay here a memorable one 👏. We will definitely want to come back and stay in your lovely resort and experience it all over again.
