Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa

Perfect Bali Getaway We spent 9 amazing days at this resort with friends, and it exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome and surprise room upgrade to the spotless rooms, stunning gardens, and delicious food, everything was flawless. The staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. While family-friendly, the adults-only restaurant, bar, and infinity pool made it just as perfect for couples and groups without children. The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be back!

Visiting from the U.K we stayed for a couple of weeks. We really enjoyed this resort and had a lovely family holiday. The resort grounds are beautiful and immaculate, the room was spotless. We enjoyed the Azul pool most days but it was nice to have an option. We stayed in a deluxe club cottage and recommend the club package as we enjoyed the extras which came with this such as the lounge pm treats & drinks and wonderful Azul breakfasts. The Mandira and the Azul beach club staff are all so friendly, helpful and work hard, nothing is too much trouble and we appreciated how you made our holiday special! We hope to return one day 🙂

We stayed at Bali Mandira in August for 1 week and it was the most amazing experience. The resort is absolutely stunning and all of the staff were so beautiful and accommodating. The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. The staff all got to know my family and knew us by name. We were always greeted so beautifully. Arik was so friendly and created towel animals for us every day! It is a perfect place for families, we had kids ages 10 and 1 1/2 years. Tri was amazing at reception and so helpful. My baby loved Hari as he called her princess and all of the staff in the restaurant particularly 2 girls who I can’t remember their names but they always came to see my little one. Indra at the pool was awesome and so kind, finding a pool floatie for baby and making her laugh. Can’t recommend Bali Mandira enough. The staff are all amazing. Kind, generous and beautiful. Nothing was to much trouble. The resort is beautiful, the gardens are amazing. Close to everything, waking distance. I felt safe. It was great to know security walk arounds in the evening. I had young adult children staying in a separate room/ section to us, so that was great peace of mind. The food is amazing, breakfast is fantastic.

This place is not for couples. It's perfect for big families. We had to really struggle to find a quiet spot by the pool. Also the pool pics on the site are very misleading...it's not that big and mostly shallow water pools for kids. The first room they gave us was very basic and we were shocked. At the same price We stayed in a lavish hotel earlier. Then after we complained they shifted us. Smaller room but better. The water in the bathroom is salty. You have to order mineral water bottles that they gave complimentary to brush. But the staff was very helpful and friendly. Specially the staff at Azur restaurant. Simply outstanding in their service and kindness. Overall place is pretty but overrated. But great location right in front of the beach.

Bali Mandira is a fantastic resort for families! The rooms are clean and comfortable, The property is beautifully maintained, and the pools are great, and it’s right on the beach. Azul Beach Club is a highlight – great food, cocktails, and sunset views. Perfect location too, close to Garlic Lane shopping and lots of restaurants. ||Overall, Bali Mandira is a fantastic choice for families wanting a mix of relaxation, fun, and convenience. We’ll definitely be back!||Highly recommend!

Not all ability access friendly . Having mobility issues, and on the back of a big day I burst into tears when shown room . Steps ++ . Jessica was amazing and we were moved to a villa and a ramp installed . We would have left otherwise . Steps everywhere. Able to access main pool but not Azul upstairs ( no lift) poor path access to Azul, unable to access club benefits as could not access facilities. Staff kind and helpful as possible with physical limitations of facility. Towels amazing, plentiful and room service excellent. Just disappointing for a “ reward winning “ resort to have such poor disability access. It really does not take much ....or just advertise that it’s not suitable for traveler’s with mobility limitations .

Ok, this hotel is absolutely wonderful, but WAY over priced. Definitely not 4 star either. The pool was nice, breakfast at Azul was amazing, location is exceptional. Staff are friendly and attentive. But the place is not high end like the pricing suggests. I love that it has that local Balinese feel to it, but the rooms are old and out dated. If the price was lower to reflect this, it would be the perfect resort in Bali. But very disappointed that we paid 350 a night for it. We’re now paying less in Pullmans and it’s so much nicer and more modern.
