Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Jfree helped me plan everything from Melbourne — I truly couldn’t have done it without him. His organisation and attention to detail made the celebration absolutely perfect. Padmi from the outdoor bar was magnificent — her customer service was outstanding, and she made us feel so welcome every day. All the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. The live entertainment hosted by Jfree was incredible and added so much fun to our nights. Overall, a fantastic resort with amazing people who really care about their guests. Highly recommend!

We have had an amazing time staying at Bali mandira. The facilities are perfect, the rooms are outstanding and the food was delicious. Great location very close to to the ocean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again and this has been the best hotel resort we have ever stayed in. They have made this the best honeymoon possible. Good hotel. Overpriced for what you get imo. Paid for club deal with free flow drinks in afternoon and snacks. Wouldn't do that again. Lovely staff just not worth it imo. Kids loved the pool and slides and the location is pretty good! Would stay again if priced appropriately for what it is. Good staff.

The hotel is close to the centre of everything where Kuta meets Legian beach. So it is convenient for just about everything - shopping, eating, drinking. And it’s only across the road from the beach and beautiful blue sea. It is very much a family hotel so expect lots of children having a brilliant time on the water slides into the main pool.||We knew this would be a busy family resort but as a couple we were still extremely well looked after by the fabulous staff. Including Arik who made the very funny towel animals when he made up our room.||The facilities too are excellent. From the huge buffet breakfast in Celagi restaurant, the clean air con’d gym to the evening entertainment. The rooms too are well appointed and we particularly liked our ‘rain forest’ shower.||Overall, a lovely and friendly hotel and staff.

What can I say! Such a wonderful hotel resort! The team there were very hospitable and made sure to cater all our needs including 1 X celiac dietary requirement during our family stay! Diani had beautiful service at the reception and Wyan was so kind and welcoming

Perfect Bali Getaway We spent 9 amazing days at this resort with friends, and it exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome and surprise room upgrade to the spotless rooms, stunning gardens, and delicious food, everything was flawless. The staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. While family-friendly, the adults-only restaurant, bar, and infinity pool made it just as perfect for couples and groups without children. The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be back!

First time to Bali and this place was amazing! All of the staff were so friendly and took their time to greet us and ask us about our lives. It was a great atmosphere, great location and the food was amazing. Each and every staff member we interacted with always had a smile. Would definatly stay again.

This place is not for couples. It's perfect for big families. We had to really struggle to find a quiet spot by the pool. Also the pool pics on the site are very misleading...it's not that big and mostly shallow water pools for kids. The first room they gave us was very basic and we were shocked. At the same price We stayed in a lavish hotel earlier. Then after we complained they shifted us. Smaller room but better. The water in the bathroom is salty. You have to order mineral water bottles that they gave complimentary to brush. But the staff was very helpful and friendly. Specially the staff at Azur restaurant. Simply outstanding in their service and kindness. Overall place is pretty but overrated. But great location right in front of the beach.
