BALI SANDAT Guest House

Did a yoga retreat here with Akasha Love and it was a wonderful experience. The kitchen attached to the guest house are fantastic, everything was delicious. The guest house itself was beyond beautiful, we couldn't have asked for a better trip. Tili is so kind, she made sure we had everything we needed. There's a reef just out the back of the grounds where you can snorkel and see lots of fish and coral.

The family running the place was very friendly, the garden was beautiful, and the rooms were clean. The food was good but a little overpriced compared to other places in Bali. It's pretty much the same dish every day though and you have to order in advance, taking away some of that holiday spontaneity we like. There's no air-conditioning, but we got used to that surprisingly well (it was raining the whole time though). Except for an overpriced and sub standard Russian resort next door (bondalem beach club), there are absolutely no restaurants in the area and not much to do except diving (which was some of the best in my life, hands down). There's no grabcar, bluebird or Uber to take you to the nearest restaurants and the host family charged extortion prices to drive us to a restaurant 10 min away. For the same money, you can get a private driver to take you around Bali for half a day-really not cool😠 So we used our own driver. You can rent scooters there, but we had a toddler with us. There's a black cobble stone beach which might have been nice, except it was basically a trash heap at the end of the monsoon season, absolutely disgusting! We teamed up with other guests to clean it from fishhooks, broken glass etc so our kids could at least play there a little - our gardener and other locals watched us in bewilderment rather than helping us, also not cool...

A marvellous place right in front of the ocean with a beautiful garden, the staff around made sri is amazing, heartwarming, super helpful with everything, funny and you feel like home immediately. We had a an lovely stay and will be back for sure!! Thank you for everything <3

I came to Bali Sandat for some relaxation and this was the perfect place for it.||I enjoyed resting on the day bed on the spacious balcony with a view through the palm trees to the sea, my spacious room with outdoor bathroom and waking up to the sounds of nature. ||I enjoyed using the yoga shala by the beach, indulging in a massage on site each day, swimming and snorkelling aswell as going by scooter to the waterfall nearby.||As a solo traveller I enjoyed joining other guests for meals and being made so welcome by the local team.||It was a special experience to be looked after so well by the Balinese team and I left feeling very refreshed.||Recommended for an authentic experience a little bit off the beaten track.

I enjoyed my stay here so much and I will definitely recommend to others and be back. The entire guesthouse and rooms are so lovely decorated and well taken care of. The staff are so kind and welcome you in like family. And my favorite part, the nature and peaceful ambience... I can't believe I saw beautiful coral reefs just a few steps away. A magical hidden gem in the North of Bali!

This guest house made an amazing impression on me. I am thinking about it every day dreaming to come back. Serene, clean rooms surrounded by beautifully maintained garden make you feel relaxed and welcomed. The garden is full of amazing flowers , birds and butterflies. All the stuff is so kind, attentive and welcoming. The food they cook for you is delicious, so flavorful and nourishing. The beach side is amazing, perfect place to sit and meditate or go for a swim. We had the happiest time there with friends and family. Thank you Bali Sandat! 💖🙏 We think of you often and do want to come back.

We stumbled upon this gem of a guest house. And wow what a place to relax and enjoy the view. Rooms are clean. Hot water shower. Beach is empty. Reef snorkeling is just off the beach directly in front. The staff are great and it's a good price. Breakfast included. There are only 4 rooms it's quiet it's perfect . The garden is lush with plenty of shade and the bird song in the morning is idyllic. We only planned a one night stay but extended our stay as it was so good.

We spent a couple of days here, and we can recommend this place! It is very clean, everyone is very friendly and it is surrounded by an amazing garden. The black beach in front is covered with white corals, and there is an amazing coral reef with great diversity whitch we discovered snorkeling at high tide. There are a lot of activities and trips bookable, which we also recommend. The atmosphere is very familiar, the dinner is together with other travellers and the owner. So you will not have difficulties to get in touch with others. It is generally calm - perfect for relaxing!
