We had an amazing experience at the Turtle Conservation and Education Centre, joining their turtle release on 14th July at 4:30pm at Kuta Beach. It was such a heartwarming and memorable moment watching the baby turtles make their way to the ocean – truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
What made it even more special is that the centre runs purely on donations. There’s no pressure to pay anything, but it’s well worth supporting their cause. The team was friendly, passionate, and committed to protecting these beautiful creatures. You can tell they genuinely care.
Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bali – it’s a wholesome activity for all ages, and a meaningful way to connect with nature. Just a heads-up: allow extra time for traffic in the Kuta area, especially in the afternoon.
