We stayed as a family of twelve in six bungalows. We all had a wonderful time and felt extremely welcomed. The staff always made an effort to accomodate our large group in the restaurants and there was always something on hand to keep our group entertained. From fruit carving to themed nights of entertainment. For me I did not want to be busy or entertained and there were so many places I could simply rest and relax. The grounds were beautifully attended even in the rain that flooded Bali while we were there. A beautiful resort with lovely staff. We are very happy guests

Lovely hotel. Beautiful grounds creating a tranquil lush green space. We stayed in the fairly new Clubroom rooms. These have access to a rooftop pool and restaurant area. The rooftop pool is great, quiet and has good views. The staff in this restaurant - as elsewhere in the resort - are incredibly helpful. The club rooms are designed with the bath and shower in the middle of the room which I’m not a fan of but it seems to be on trend and we got a good price! The toilet thankfully does have a door. ||Breakfast in Saka and lunch on the rooftop were all of a really high quality. We had dinner in the (non-hotel) restaurants by the beach which were good too. There is a modern, well stocked and very clean supermarket opposite and also a massage place which was v reasonable and seemed well run. We also discovered market stalls next to the hotel which was good for holiday shopping. The beach was ok but we didn’t use it much as we preferred the rooftop or main pool. Sunloungers on the beach do go by about 8.30am, again not a problem for us as we had the option of the clubroom rooftop and there always seemed to be spare sun loungers around the main pool too. My daughter was unwell and although fortunately we didn’t need the doctor, the nurse in the clinic provided a reassuring presence. ||Would recommend this hotel if staying in Nusa Dua and would recommend this area and hotel as a restful place to stay whilst in Bali.

The accommodation in a bungalow was a large space and very comfortable. Staff cleaned and made up the room everyday and nothing was too much trouble for them. The air con worked well and was quiet. On the downside the lighting in the bathroom area over the basin was very poor. |Breakfast was very good and the staff were charming and helpful. |We had one dinner in the hotel which we thought was quite small in size and disappointing in flavour. We had one lunch and unfortunately felt the same way about that.|The hotel grounds are very pretty and beautifully kept. |The entertainment was, for what we saw was okay, all finished by 9.30.|The pool music was too loud and at times annoying. Not relaxing. We suggest more popular music rather than loud banging music. |The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. |The security and staff outside the hotel, crossing people over the road was a very good thing.|Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful holiday, so relaxing, amazing staff, delightful gardens and rooms were very comfortable. Loved the Balinese feel to the whole resort- carved doors, sculptures, even a temple on site. Plenty to do every day. We had the all inclusive food and drink which was delicious and plentiful. A mixture of age groups, guests from all over the world. Everyone seemed so happy and relaxed. |We did two tours with Discova, who arranged our airport transfers and they were 5 star as well. |Thank you Bali Tropic Nusa Dua for a fantastic experience.

I stayed here for 2 nights as a solo traveller. Was actually positively surprised by how beautiful this resort was, better than the photos which is unusual. The surroundings were amazing, beautiful low buildings and a lot lush greenery. Pool and beach area were really nice too. The only downside was (as everywhere) that hotel guests can’t behave and ”book” the sun beds early in the morning and then don’t show until later. I think the hotel could be a little more strict about that. Excellent breakfast I will definitely recommend this place as a very good option to the more expensive resorts in the neighbourhood.

Very nice hotel, very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, the pool bar is amazing! Riki from the pool bar, in particular, is super nice and extremely attentive – and he also makes the best cocktails! Top! The massage in the hotel is also highly recommended.

We stayed at Bali Tropic Resort & Spa for 9 nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality. Every morning, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet—not just for the food, but for the lovely ambiance and the genuinely friendly staff who greeted us with smiles and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms, while slightly outdated in terms of decor, were kept very clean and were serviced almost daily, which made our stay comfortable. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was still a great spot to relax and swim—it served its purpose perfectly. One of the highlights of the resort is the beautifully maintained grounds. The lush greenery and traditional Balinese design create a peaceful, tropical atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Another bonus is the convenience store located just across the street—super handy for grabbing essentials or snacks without having to go far. Overall, Bali Tropic Resort & Spa gave us a memorable stay, and we’d happily return for another relaxing holiday in Nusa Dua.

Beautiful grounds, service was friendly and helpful, a bit slow at swim up bar when busy so needed more staff at happy hour. I guess one way of slowing down the drinks!! |All inclusive definitely not worth it, gym is old, small with broken equipment and rusted weights, kids club is a room with books and few toys. |Food was very ordinary and ate outside most of the time. |Cheap stay compared to other resorts if that is what you are after.
