We had a great time at Bali Zoo! The place is clean, well kept, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The highlight was definitely feeding the deer and elephants such a fun and memorable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the entrance package feels a bit overpriced for what’s included.

We had a fantastic experience at Bali Zoo. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and there's a great mix of animals to see, from elephants and orangutans to exotic birds and reptiles. The enclosures are clean and spacious, and the animals appear well cared for. The highlight was the animal encounters - especially the chance to feed elephants and interact with deer. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about wildlife. There's also a small water play area, which is great for families with kids looking to cool off. Overall, Bali Zoo offers a fun, educational, and memorable day out. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone wanting a break from the beach scene. I only rated it down as i found the booking options confusing and then they charged $10 more at the venue.

Great to see all of the animals. Very different from the states. You can practically interact with all of the animals aside from the dangerous ones. They have an amazing elephant experience where you get to bathe and feed elephants. Plan to spend at least 5 hours there to see everything including the experience

The Bali Zoo offers a fantastic day out for families and animal lovers alike! It's clear that the zoo has put a lot of effort into creating an engaging and memorable experience for visitors. One of the standout features is the variety of unique animal encounters available. "Breakfast with the Orangutans" is a definite highlight, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal while these intelligent primates play nearby. The "Elephant Mud Bath and Expedition" also offers an incredible opportunity to get up close and personal with majestic Sumatran elephants, feeding and even bathing them – a truly unforgettable interaction! Beyond these special experiences, the zoo boasts a diverse collection of animals from Indonesia and around the world, housed in lush, well-maintained enclosures. You can spend hours wandering through the beautiful grounds, observing lions, tigers, crocodiles, and many other fascinating creatures. The staff are generally noted as being very helpful and attentive, enhancing the overall visitor experience. For families with younger children, the "Jungle Splash Water Play Park" provides a wonderful way to cool off and burn some energy, while the petting zoo allows for gentle interactions with smaller, friendly animals. The night safari and fire dance show also offer a unique perspective on the zoo after dark. While some reviews mention minor issues like potential crowds or the cost of certain additional activities, the overwhelming sentiment is positive. The ease of ticket exchange (especially when booked online) and the provision of shuttle buses within the spacious zoo are also appreciated. Overall, Bali Zoo offers a comprehensive and enjoyable experience, making it a highly recommended attraction for anyone visiting Bali. It's a place where education and entertainment beautifully intertwine, leaving you with lasting memories of Bali's incredible wildlife.

Bali Zoo is a fantastic place to visit! The animals have plenty of space to roam and feel at home. I recommend going early in the morning for a full day of fun. You can feed the animals, enjoy a delicious meal, and even ride water slides. Don't miss the amazing show with trained animals. It's a must-visit destination for animal lovers and adventure seekers alike!

This trip to Bali zoo was amazing, I went with my family and had Mr Wahyudi info me about everything in the park. I enjoyed the bird attraction the most and got to feed and ride an elephant! Must try if you are coming with your family or loved ones

Not a bad zoo. Well maintained, nice displays, friendly staff and entertaining live shows. A few negatives. One part of the zoo is separate so you need to catch a shuttle there and back if interested. At one of their ice cream stands I paid 85000 per fruit paddle pop!!! Insane price and I guess I’m the idiot but imagine being happy charging that. At the live show they also kept playing very loud (bad) music which drowned out the presenter and made it very hard to listen and follow. Finally some animals, Tiger and Sun bear specifically, kind of looked anxious and stressed, pacing and behaving somewhat oddly. I hope I’m wrong and they’re taking best care of their animals.

Great zoo, amazing experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our kids loved feeding the elephants and seeing the baby animals up close. There are lots of fun activities and beautiful places. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Bali!
