Balıkçı Meyhanesi Kaleiçi

We ordered three dishes, mackerel mezze, pan fried garlic, and grilled sea bass. Everything tasted really fresh. The fish is grilled nicely and does not have any fishy taste. The mezze is also really fresh. The complimentary bread is baked really well, especially paired up with the pan fried shrimp sauce. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want to have a taste of seafood in antalya!

We dined in at Meyhanesi Kaleiçi during our visit to Antalya, and it was a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere was warm and authentic, fitting perfectly with the charm of Kaleiçi. We tried the seafood platter, and everything was fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavor. The variety was great, and each item tasted nicely seasoned without overpowering the natural taste of the seafood. The presentation was appealing, and the portions were satisfying. Overall, the food was delicious, the quality was high, and the experience was enjoyable. A great place to visit if you’re in Kaleiçi and looking for tasty seafood in a traditional setting.

You choose the fish yourself from the the fridge and they make it for you. Order a whole grilled grouper fish weighing around 1kg, cost me around €50 (other fishes are a bit cheaper but we chose the regional). It was fantastic, cooked to the perfect doneness with that nice smoky grilled taste. Also ordered the fish soup and couldn't be happier. .Service was friendly and attentive, they offered to remove the fish bones and complimented us with fruit and coffee/tea.

We had a lovely dinner and we were served by Sherif who are is very friendly and professional. We enjoyed the grilled sea bass, shrimp and octopus. I highly recommend this resto when you visit here in Antalya.

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! The service was brilliant, the staff are so helpful and friendly! The food was amazing! We even got a free fruit platter after the meal! I couldn’t fault this place 🙌🏼

Very delicious food, great service and location. Even though the restaurant was full, they prepared everything incredibly quickly. Fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned, waiters are extra careful and friendly

Food was excellent, and the service was good. Efe did a great job in serving us and suggested a delicious Antalyian wine. Unfortunately we came on off season, so there was no vibe, or music, or much going on. But other than that, everything was great

The food was very nice, we preferred the fish options of the menu. Everything was great and the staff was very helpful and the service was excellent. The patio was nice and the music was not very high allowing to enjoy the meal and be able to speak. Totally recommendable!
