I booked hotels based on guests reviews. I been here at balisini on 24/12 to 31/12/25. Service was spot on! Staff is very friendly and always helps when u need them but!!!! 1. Condition of the room very old and smell 2. Tab water is salty we have to washed our face and brushed teeth with mineral water bought from marts. 3. Breakfast everything is cold only coffee and tea were hot ( obviously) 4. Ordered foods from the pool fried noodles with fried chicken and satay, but the fried chicken was old not fresh at all seem like has been reheater over and over. I even talked to staff and shows her (Not recommend) 5. Worth of money not really! 6. Pool was very nice and massage was cheap and good. 7. I don’t understand about the review of this place I been reading before booked. 9. Overall was ok but not great.

I stayed at Grand Balisani Suites Hotel during my trip to Bali, and overall, the experience was excellent ✨. What I liked the most was the location — the hotel is right on the beachfront, and it’s close to everything you might need: restaurants, cafés, shops, and more 🌴🌊. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️. The service was great, and the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional 👏. Special thanks to Wisnawa for his kind attitude, problem-solving skills, and warm service. He really made a difference during my stay 🙌. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the overall vibe is relaxing and pleasant — perfect for a beachside getaway 🌺. However, the only drawback I experienced was that there is no elevator and no accessible paths for people with disabilities. There are a lot of stairs, which can be exhausting, especially if you’re carrying luggage or traveling with children 🪜🚫. I hope management considers improving this. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its location, service, and comfort — just keep the stairs in mind. I would definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was me and my friend first time travelling together, however are quite disappointed with almost everthing in this hotel. The room look very old and s o many mosquito. My body is itching everywhere, you would never imagine how much blist i got from bitten by the mosquito. Even after we ask staff to spray the room, it still a lot. The breakfast is not worth it, some of the food got fly, and the staff did not care about it. We went to the spa around 9am, and no one there. The location is good cause it easy for us to go anywhere. Staff is good,

High quality, solid foundations, stylish decor and feels like a family and home. Thank you for taking wonderful care of me so well that I have decided to extend an extra week here. I will most certainly be returning next visit and proudly promoting you within my vast reach across Australia as my token of gratitude and genuine fondness of this masterfully constructed vintage style restort, stunning landscapes, marble floors, impressive decor & ocean views - most befitting it's its name, the Balisani is 'Grand' indeed. Especially for a seasoned traveller who appreciates history and culture. I very much appreciate the design, how well preserved and maintained it is. There is a lot of love in this hotel, & the food ever so tasty and fresh. It is an experience to be had, igniting all the senses, and feels safe, which is important for a solo female traveller such as myself, but also families and travellers of all kinds. The building is unique and captures a classic aesthetic and time. It has evidently been built to last, boasting so much character in an opoolside with swim up bar overlook the beach. Behold the best of all worlds in one place. And a beach club right next door. Easy access to everything. Food is delicious and portions very generous. Extensive menu and beverage selections, including fresh juices and coconut, to sip on🥥. Skilled massage therapists on site and a really friendly vibe. So inviting and accommodating Normally, I would not spend 2 weeks in one location, which goes to show how charmed and impressed I am as a guest. Also my being so comfortable, and everything is clean with speedy service, and people who care. Managers and staff I've talked with have been here for 20 years and counting. This is a testament to and hallmark of a happy staff environment, which has been evident at every turn. All are respectful, considerate, helpful and kind. Such outstanding hospitality. Finally, all things considered, the value is exceptional and deserves a special mention. Highly recommend you give it a try. It is beautiful and ever so peaceful. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean in comfortable bedding is an experience in and of itself. Vintage styles are rare and special. I highly recommend.

Very bad experience – avoid this hotel From the moment I arrived in front of the building, I felt a very heavy, oppressive energy, dark and uncomfortable. At first, I thought it might just be travel fatigue… but unfortunately, it wasn’t. When I entered the room, it felt like a damp cellar: • strong smell of humidity • very old and poorly maintained room • mosquitoes everywhere • large lizards inside the room • visible cracks in the walls Completely exhausted, I went to the reception to ask for a room change. The manager (a man) started speaking in Indonesian and was clearly mocking us. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. They eventually gave us another room… exactly the same, but with even more lizards. I considered making a scene, but I desperately needed sleep. Thankfully, I had only booked two nights, and I left the next day. The breakfast was just as bad: • unpleasant smell • flies everywhere on the food • food was cold • no freshness I honestly don’t understand how people can eat there under these conditions. This place is expensive for what it is and absolutely not worth the price. The photos are misleading and do not reflect reality at all. Avoid this hotel. Do not trust the pictures.

We organised a cooking class with Balisani Suites Hotel even though we were not staying there. The staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate my gluten and dairy allergies. It was very affordable for the amount of food and service we recieved. Highly recommend this experience as we cooked and then ate by the water right before sunset. Wonderful

Great staff rooms were dated but for the price acceptable. Location is a tough one to get in and out of as traffic was next level. Give the breakfast a miss. They need to invest in a coffee machine . The Spa was a 10 out is 10 and I can highly recommend the room service Club Sandwich. As for the guests a lack of social awareness not getting out of the pool when you have had 20+ drinks is not ok. Manners don’t cost and a please and thank you go a long way

This hotel is so run down.its literally crumbling down around you. Whole sections are blocked off. Mosquitos get in thru cracks every night. We stayed 4 nights and you deal with it because location good and cheap. But on final morning breakfast wasn’t included in package and instead of letting us know when we walked in and gave room number.. they seated us let us eat THDN told us it wasn’t included and we had to pay $52 extra for a very ordinary breakfast. If she had have told me when we entered I would have happily spent $52 on a really good breakfast up the street. I’m disgusted and won’t stay here again. And will tell every I know to stay away.
