Love browsing, although much is obscenely overpriced (I do covet the $350 anorak). That aside, the guys know their stuff and keep it stocked with cool, high-quality items... and there's a barber in the back. Book online to save time.

I find this store to be great for classic American/stylish fashion. Products are made in America, so the are a little more expensive, but I have yet to have an issue with quality. There is also a return policy if something breaks quickly, all in all the staff is nice and the products in my experience have been good.

I’m really disheartened by the store. I have spent >$1,000 with them and been in 3 times in 3 months (just moved nearby). I bought my brother (lives out of town) a shirt in December for Christmas and unfortunately he needed a Large not an Extra Large. On Feb 2nd my brother was in town and we came in and looked to swap the size. The store wouldn’t accept it because it was past their 1/7/18 date. They are trying to get rid of their winter stock and I’ve seen them move their sale from 25% to 35% to now a whopping 45% off! Clearly they are having a hard time moving inventory... They had the size large in stock and I asked to swap the shirt. Manager said not possible. This is literally unheard of to me! How do you honestly look a loyal customer in the eye who is in your store for the 4th time and asking to swap a shirt size while also making a new purchase and refuse to do anything to be helpful?!?! Your store is on Newbury Street where every store has the most flexible return policy there is. I can’t bring myself to shop here again. Your clothing is great, but seriously, if you want to be this stupid with your policies I can’t give you my business. Not being willing to swap the size of an unused shirt where you have enough excess inventory in stock that you’re now selling it for 45% off just shows you have no idea what normal standards are for customer service in today’s age. You’ve just lost a loyal customer who would easily spend $1,500+ a year and lives 2 blocks away....

Unbelievable vibes here. Had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners of the shop. Great conversation and great product. They support a lot of local textiles. Bought sunglasses that were manufactured in Massachusetts. My favorite ones!

I was just in this store with my son . We had purchased a $180 pair of New Balance shoes. After 1 week of wear the front sole separated from the shoe. When i explained this I was told I would need to return them to New Balance. I asked to speak with the manager,he came over and looked at my receipt,he said he could do nothing for us because it was 32 days since the purchase. I explained that we had been away. I asked who he reported to and how i could contact them and was told they did not give out that information. When I asked him to call customer service we were told we could have an exchange or a store credit. This was all we wanted from the beginning. The experience was negative,a store should stand behind the products they sell.

Expensive but quality comes with the price. I have 3 dress shirts, (the hunter) from here and they are my favorite in my wardrobe. Love this brand. They also have a solid online website with discounted deals. Everything made in the USA!

I was fooled by the founders statement of manufacturing quality goods. After purchasing a hat from them and only wearing it a few times the stitching came undone. I also purchased a shirt from them and after only wearing it a couple of times the stitching also can undone. Don't waste your time or money shopping there. Way over priced for inferior quality products.

Walked in for haircut and walked out again. Barber guy with attitude is slumped in a chair doing nothing with all 3 barber chairs empty, Says no cut unless I book an appointment. Doesn’t indicate where or how I book nor indicate if it is a formality at clothing counter or what. Just gives me lip. Needless to say, I wouldn’t get a cut here even if it was the only place in Boston (which it isn’t). Recommend you don’t waste your time here
