Clean and safe place to stay. People were friendly, nice food in the bar. Having camped all the way from Sydney, a clean, warm room with ensuite, the deluxe suite was worth it. I think price is fair given how remote. Was able to get to Perth the next day from this roadhouse

We stopped to refuelled and used the restrooms here at Balladonia. The caravan park is expensive, $50 per night, just for power and no water. We strolled through the museum, which was free. Interesting facts about Balladonia and the surroundings. Fuel prices were very reasonable for the location. It is an oasis in the middle of nowhere.

We stayed at the caravan park. It was over priced at $50 per night regardless of whether you were using power or not. There were two showers and two toilets in the ladies. One urinal and one toilet and two showers in the men's. The park had about 40 to 50 vans etc on the night we stayed. There is no camp kitchen. Would we stay again - not if we can help it.

The roadhouse was nice, didn’t have a lot of food items to top up the pantry which surprised me as being near the end of the Nullarbor people are wanting fresh bread, milk etc but not a lot there. To stay overnight it was $50 for power only per night so pretty expensive

What a total rip off ! $50 a night ! $8 for a loaf of bread . The owners of this venue need there heads read. .ablution block a disgrace ! Needs an urgent upgrade . Id be embarrassed having people all over the world stay here. You are not that far away from Kalgoorlie and making over 100% mark up !! Greedy people , and have the cheek to say have a 3 minute shower and not use the water. ! Wont be back!!!

This was the most overpriced motel we've stayed at $185. Wi fi was included, but they knew it didn't work. No toaster wave to heat food. No shampoos, etc. Did have coffee tea. There was a heavy perfume treatment in either Aircon or carpets, which made me physically sick. Would not recommend to travellers.

Compared to most of the roadhouses on the Nullarbor, this is like a bustling city. The motel units look much better than those at other roadhouses. The museum inside the roadhouse is definitely worth 10 minutes of your time. It has groceries etc.

I LOVE a good coffee, it truly is a delight when I buy a great coffee… This place is not the place for a great coffee. We just wanted a hot, strong coffee to take away - surely that’s not a huge ask? Is it? Clearly it was…. I ordered 2 coffees - 1 with skim milk & an extra shot of coffees, the other with full cream milk & an extra shot. We didn’t get that! We were in the road & took our first sip & wondered what on earth we were given! So basically we got a “cof chai” (no clue what that is, but it was on our receipt), it looked & tasted like a cupful of lukewarm milk! And to top it off we paid $16! What a rip off. Steer clear of this place on your way across the Nullarbor!
