Ballina Heritage Inn

I chose to stay here because I was attending a conference at the RSL over the road. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a microwave available if needed, and cutlery was provided (useful for a takeaway meal). My room had a table and chairs, as well as a comfy sofa to sit on. The Inn reminded me of the old style motels of the 60s and 70s - upgraded for modern times. I would happily stay here again.

Great value for money and comfortable rooms. The owners were extremely friendly and accomodating. Plenty of space and facilities were very suitable. Heritage in the name so the rooms have charm which I appreciated. Room 3 had an issue with shower and hot water, inconsistent and continuous banging of pipes.

I have stayed at this motel a number of times and have always been impressed. Only a couple of small niggles that prevented me giving a 5 Star review: No spare toilet roll; no hand towel in bathroom; no breakfast bowls (despite spoons actually being provided). These things sound petty but they do make a difference to the weary traveller.

Nice sized clean room. Classic styling but cosy and well insulated for hot and cold days. Central location, great access to shops, dining and groceries.

Located in the heart of Ballina. Room is neat and tidy. Seperate bathroom is quite large and room was very quiet. Couldn’t rate the service as interactions very basic, but also couldn’t fault. Easy to find parking, and desk space available for laptop. Overall quite happy. Con- power points next to bed to charge phone would be handy (had to disconnect lamp). Decor is a little dated.

Our stay in Ballina was totally enhance by our stay at the Heritage Inn, the rooms are a good size, beds are very comfortable and have all you could need for a stay. Microwave, toaster, Hair dryer and a reasonable supply of coffee and tea. Vehicle access is good as well.|Its proximity to the town centre was terrific and the staff’s recommendations foe where to eat were spot on.|The Green Coast Cafe is terrific.|The swish is also very nice.|If going to Ballina or passing by on the freeway.|Take the turn to Ballina and enjoy a stay at the Heritage

This is our 4th visit to this motel. We loved it the first time and have come back annually for the past 4 years. Never disappoints. The bed is very comfortable the room spacious the staff are the best including the owners. All so helpful and friendly, great location walking distance to most things. Highly recommend this establishment if you're in Ballina.

Just stayed here two days ago. Central. Clean. Comfy beds and pillows. The shower was a was a water-saver, so not the best pressure. The place was relatively quiet. I'd stay here again.
