Amazing flight with these guys for an early morning sunrise, our guide Jovan was excellent, knowledgable and attentive. Our pilot Andrew was also excellent throughout and clearly very experienced. From the balloon trip itself, to the thoughtful touches and impeccably presented staff, vehicles and food we can’t fault it. Beautiful collection of Series 1 Land Rovers as well as the modern defender fleet.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable sunrise experience This hot air balloon ride was absolutely breathtaking from beginning to end. Watching the sun rise over the desert as we gently lifted into the sky was one of the most beautiful experiences we’ve ever had—the colors across the dunes were stunning and peaceful beyond words. The falconry experience from the balloon made it even more extraordinary. Seeing the falcon in flight at sunrise, high above the desert, was truly awe-inspiring and something you don’t experience anywhere else. We ended the morning with a wonderful meal at a desert oasis, which was the perfect way to conclude the adventure. The setting was serene, the food was excellent, and it gave us time to soak in the moment and reflect on an incredible morning. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting the region.

Unbelievable Experince. It’s an early start and ride out to the desert by the Experince is well worth it. Views are incredible and safety is taken very seriously. The Michelin star esque breakfast after is also a highlight.

An unforgettable experience! Flying over the Dubai desert in a hot air balloon at sunrise is simply magical. The silence, the 360 ° view of the golden dunes, and the golden light that slowly rises on the horizon create a moment suspended out of time. We feel very small in front of the immensity of the desert, and yet so alive. The team was professional, reassuring and very attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. An activity to do at least once in a lifetime if you are visiting Dubai!

Superb sunrise hot air balloon ride which included a drone display, falcon display at around 3,000 feet in the air. Captaom Sangram and Ryan made sure we had a safe and very interesting flight, mynthanks to them for an experience I will cherish forbquite some time. On landing, 45 minutes later, we were driven to a beautifully furnished boma where we had breakfast. We were also able to get up close and personal with camels - very well taken care of camels I should add. Our tour guide and driver, Noman, was a fount of knowledge and shared with us many interesting facts about the areas we drove through on our way back to our various hotels, which I really enjoyed and appreciated. Waiting staff that served breakfast were friendly and very efficient. The breakfast itself was beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommend Hero Balloon Flights Dubai.

I had the privilege of taking a hot air balloon ride with Hero Balloon Flight, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The entire process was seamless, thanks to the professionalism of the team, especially Mr Neil and Mr Gyver. I was happy to get in touch with them and truly grateful to them as they made my day memorable. The Hero Balloon Flight values not only the thrill of the ride but also safety and comfort. The highlight of the day, of course, was the hot air balloon ride itself. Our driver Hamza Zizinga was amazing. He brought us in the mood. He took us to the destination and brought us home safely. He was a person with full of positive energy. A hot Arabic coffee (Kawa) and dates we served followed by a wonderful drone display in the dark sky looked wonderful. Our pilot was calm and skillful navigator and vast knowledge of the area gave us an educational yet exhilarating flight. Adding an extra layer of excitement was the in-flight falcon experience, curated by Hameed (Falconer). Hameed explained the falcon's behavior and its connection to the culture of the area gave the experience a deeper meaning. After smooth landing, we were taken to a camp where we experienced michellin styled breakfast menu which filled our tastebuds with an owe. Upon landing at the camp, there was a long camel ride. Later we were given wet towel and welcome drink to refresh ourselves. Mr Chaker and Mr Johnny, the service staff, served us well. The entire journey felt like a carefully orchestrated symphony, and each member of the Hero Balloon Flight team played a crucial part in making it so special.

The balloon ride is in a specific season and it starts at 4:30 am we get to see the sunrise and a beautiful view of desert. The balloon takes u to 4500 ft above sea level and it's quite chilly but the view is worth it. Beautiful experience, the team also trains u before the take off for landing.

If you do one thing while in Dubai, this is it! I did an option that included hotel pickup, coffee and dates upon welcome to the balloon site, a beautiful drone show, then the hot air balloon! It was followed by a vintage Land Rover ride in the desert, breakfast, a falcon experience, and getting to ride a camel! Truly an all inclusive amazing experience. The hot air balloon staff are all highly trained professionals. This was my first hot air balloon experience, and I felt so safe the entire time. There is very clear safety information to follow. I had the pleasure of Captain Hosam guiding our balloon. He made the experience fun, turned the balloon around at times so everyone could experience the same views and photo ops. Even sung happy birthday in the sky for those with birthdays. He also provided a soft safe landing. The cost is completely worth it for the experience provided! 10/10 would do again and recommend to everyone I know
