This was an absolutely fabulous experience. My family and I came here somewhat on a whim and we were overjoyed by the fun we had. Our only disappointment was that we wished it was longer, we didn't want it to be over! There are several beautiful, whimsical interactive art installations that guarantee fun for all ages. For example: Adults, when was the last time you were in a ball pit? Well here's your chance to re-live the fun of your childhood with literally no shame- its what you're supposed to do! This was incredibly fun and terrific. I recommend it to anybody with kids or anybody looking for whimsical fun. It keeps a smile on your face and its a great escape from the real world.

Had a great time here. Price is a bit steep but it's pretty cool. They have a lot of fun exhibits and you can spend a long time here. The only complaint I have is that the ball pit is timed, so you can't spend too long there. I asked the attendant and he let me stay longer, but I didn't like being asked to move on.

I had a ball! I had been hearing great things about the Balloon Museum and wanted to check it out. It lived up to the hype. There is a paid parking lot right next door and free street parking is available. I attended on a cold, January weeknight so it was not crowded at all. I was able to move through each exhibit, sometimes my friend and I were the only ones in the room. Each room was well-thought out and beautifully curated. The exhibits were fun, interactive, unique, and creative. It felt ethereal. It took me about 90 minutes to go slowly through the entire experience and I felt as if I got my money's worth. I would return and I highly recommend.

I visited the Balloon Museum in Chicago with a friend and we truly had the time of our lives. The ball pool alone was worth the visit, playful, freeing, and impossible not to smile in. As an artist, this experience felt especially magical. The colors were bold and immersive, the music wrapped around you, and the textures and visuals invited you to slow down and feel the space. Every room felt like stepping inside a living art piece where curiosity leads and time disappears. It’s joyful, interactive, and creatively nourishing. If you love art that you can move through, touch, and experience with your whole body, this place is a dream. I left inspired, lighter, and already wanting to go back. Highly recommend ✨🎈

We absolutely loved visiting the Balloon Museum! We had an amazing time there with my friends and truly enjoyed every moment. The experience was fun, colorful, and very engaging. The ticket price was around $50, and parking was about $13, which felt reasonable for such a unique experience. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids — they will love it! It’s a great spot to spend quality time, take beautiful photos, and just have fun.

Fun time. Went Valentines Day - I Will never do that again, way too many people for my liking but still a great time. I was with my mom and sister from another mister. The flow and pace were cool and you can actually interact amd enjoy the exhibits and experience. Overall I'd recommend, the staff was nice enough and there were no hiccups. Take the family or go on a date, plenty of street parking and they have a huge parking lot!

This experience was amazing. Definitely something different than what you see in other museums. My favorite part was the pool fill will yellow balls, that experience was AMAZING! It was worth the price of the ticket because before coming here we were wondering if it was going to be worth it since the ticket price was $50+ per person. There is parking on site, not sure if they charge additional since we took public transportation to get to it. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is in Chicago looking to do something fun and different at the same time. It is a very unique experience.

The Balloon Museum was an amazing experience. As soon as we walked in, everything felt fun, colorful, and different from a normal museum. Every room had something new to see, with big balloon-style art and interactive exhibits that made it really exciting. It never felt boring, and there was always something cool to look at. I went with my family, and everyone loved it. That doesn’t always happen, but this place had something for everyone. Some parts were fun to walk through, some were great for pictures, and others were just really interesting. We spent a lot of time walking around, laughing, and enjoying it together. The whole place had a really good vibe, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We could take our time and actually enjoy each exhibit. Overall, it was one of the most fun places we visited in Chicago, and it’s definitely something my family and I will remember.
