Great place with a very unique but interesting concept. The diner-style interior fits perfectly and the meatball dishes tasted great. You might expect the focus to be on the meatballs themselves, but the actual curry and marinara sauce, even the rice was amazing!

We asked some friends for a good casual restaurant and they recommended to try Balls, the vibe is more or less a bit "hippie" mosty young people, food is good ( don't expect Michelin star food) also the prices are more than decent, service was good with no over intrusion from the server like you get at US restaurants. Overall a good experience and recommended for a casual dinner. Also don't drive there parking is difficult to find, transit is way faster and convenient.

Balls. is an absolute gem in Bucharest! The food is fresh, creative, and delicious with so many amazing options for both meat lovers and vegetarians. The atmosphere is cozy and fun, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. One of the best dining experiences we had in the city! I highly recommend this place ! Be aware to book in advance!

They do one thing and they do it well - I never expected to love a meatball place. The food is great (I tried the Summer Balls with lemon and capers as they were different from a classic). The visinata sour cocktail was one of the best I had this year! The place is also fun as you can draw on the tables - they give you crayons! It was a bit loud and we couldnt hear each other but it was a Saturday night and it was full.

Absolutely loved this place! I had it on my list for some time and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious — the Greek dish was full of flavor and a little piece of art. The staff was nice and made us feel really welcome from the moment we walked in. One small but thoughtful touch: they offered a free bottle of water, which was especially appreciated on a hot summer day. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work (and food) 😍

This is the best new restaurant in our neighborhood! Our first visit was mid afternoon on a weekday so not too busy and we were served quickly. The food was delicious and fresh. The menu is diverse and has something for everyone in my opinion. We had a wonderful beetroot soup Indian balls seasoned nicely and salad. The price seems reasonable in my opinion. This isn’t fine dining but great family friendly neighborhood hangout. It’s perfect for friends and business casual meals. They even have a happy hour offering after 6pm. The first place I’ve been in Europe I think that served filtered water at no cost which I approve of and thought was a great touch. The staff are friendly but I always like smiles which there weren’t many but no complaints. The service was great fast and efficient. I highly recommend and will be back regularly.
