"After you unpack, go to the beach. If your house is not on the beach and you’re looking for more of an ocean experience where you can be in the waves surfing or boogie boarding, Ballston Beach is the best."

Yelp
Three years ago we happened on this beach pretty much by accident. It impressed us for many reasons. First of all, there was a ready supply of parking, and no officials there to bother us for being out of state visitors. Secondly, the surf was more magnificent than my pictures can capture. Then there are the seals, which seem to be there at all times. Signs tell you to avoid them because there are also sharks in the area, and you may tragically be mistaken for a seal. On our second visit three years later, it was all as we had remembered. We'd forgotten the name of the beach, but got an accurate tip from the wine pourer at the nearby winery. Seals, surf and the good cheer of the sparse group of people on the beach. I hope we will have the chance to go for a third visit.

Yelp
A pristine, unspoiled beach with an unofficial nude section to the right as you face the ocean. Wish I lived closer!

Yelp
From beautiful dunes to beautiful beach to beautiful Atlantic surf gently rolling in, this is a spectacular place to visit.

Yelp
My families favorite spot (but don't tell anyone). The parking lot is at the end of South Pamet not North Pamet.

Yelp
Having gone her my it life, I can comfortably say this is the greatest beach on cape cod, and one of the most beautiful in the world. The beach itself is huge now, perfect for a day at the beach and my favorite place to have a bonfire. If you're anywhere near Ballston, and are looking for a beach whether it be for a walk, afternoon or evening, this is the place to go.

Yelp
Beautiful beach. Plenty of open, sandy (not rocky) beach. The waves were fun for the kids to play in. The cliff-like dunes were a spectacular sight. Only small criticisms - we had to purchase a town beach pass for $50 to park there and there were limited facilities (two ports potties). Those were relatively minor criticisms. I've been coming to the Cape for years and this has been my favorite beach so far.
