Ballyknocken Cookery School, House & Farm

Our tour group went to the Ballyknocken Cookery School, where we made Irish Soda Bread. We worked in pairs. Each team made cooked and then ate the bread at lunch. Scones with raspberry jam and cream were served along with soup at lunch. Books and cooking tools were available for purchase. We walked the gardens and saw the easy care sheep. The flowers were beautiful! Try theBallyknocken Cookery School, and you will not be disappointed.

We recently had our company summer away day at Ballyknocken and I highly recommend it to all. Beautiful location with lovely wicklow scenery. The games were fun and the cooking class was fabulous. Catherine Fulvio was a lovely host and such a pleasure to deal with! Catherine and her team were great teachers during the cookery course and made our day extra special. Thank you all. I will highly recommend Ballyknocken house to all.

What a wonderful place! I was there last weekend for my daughter’s hen party and it really exceeded all expectations. We had a cookery lesson and with Kathrine's expert help produced a fabulous dinner for us all to enjoy. One of the party is vegan and another has allergies and Kathrine went above and beyond to make their dining experience absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was beautiful and breakfast was great. The setting is stunning (helped by a gorgeous sunny day) |Ballyknocken has a fabulous team who couldn’t do enough for you and I can’t wait to go again!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Ballyknocken House. We had a cooking class for a group of 18 and the experience and meal were excellent!

We had the honor of spending an afternoon with Catherine and her wonderful team this past weekend for a Hen party. We had a wonderful experience, making top class food and gaining tips throughout. We were lucky enough to have glorious sun so we could appreciate the slice of heaven that has been beautifully nestled in to the Wicklow countryside. Honestly I did not want to leave. I would highly recommend for any group to go and experience this amazing place. Thank you to Catherine and her fabulous team of ladies.

Wonderful welcome to a quiet corner of paradise. Chef teaching cookery skills with fresh ingredients from her garden. Open fire in the b&b and great homemade fresh breakfast ||Well worth a visit, bring a good book. The barn out back would make a great casual wedding or event venue with a twist

We had a brilliant weekend here at Ballyknocken with the whole family getting together to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday. It couldn't have been better! Having the house and Milking Parlour to ourselves really felt like (a safe from Covid) home from home, with the added advantage of the fires been lit for us! ||We were made so welcome and every need, dietary or otherwise, was catered for. An extra special surprise was having Catherine cater for us for the weekend and cook the birthday dinner which, along with the breakfasts, was fabulous. She also generously took time to chat and share stories of her experiences with us. ||Jo was fantastic in helping us with the planning and all the staff were so friendly and attentive.||We would definitely recommend Catherine, her family home and her team for a family event - the weekend was truly memorable. Thank you to all !
