We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the menu selection was truly impressive – creative dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every course we tried was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. One important tip: since the restaurant is quite small, a reservation is highly recommended — it tends to fill up quickly. Overall, a great place for anyone who appreciates excellent food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

You can tell there’s real creativity behind them. The food is just as amazing: full of flavor, beautifully presented, and totally different from anything else around. Every dish feels like a little taste adventure! And the people? Just lovely. Everything is served with a smile and such a good vibe. You feel genuinely welcomed from the moment you arrive. If you’re in Deià, don’t miss this place. The creativity in both the dishes and the cocktails is next-level. Every plate and every drink is unique, thoughtful, and full of flavor — you can truly taste the care and imagination behind it all. The quality of the food is exceptional, and everything feels perfectly balanced and beautifully made. And of course, the service is just wonderful. Excellent food and service. The only problem is lack of parking. If you make it to this cute town, good luck finding a spot. If you do, try the salad, soup, and fish. Steak was properly cooked, but not amazing.

The atmosphere here is lovely, warm, lively, and full of charm. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the setting. The waitress seemed disappointed that I didn’t order one of the specials, and her attitude made the experience a bit uncomfortable. She even left my dish at the table while I was in the bathroom and never checked in afterward to see how things were. The food itself was fine, if slightly overcooked, but the wine prices are nearly double what other nearby restaurants charge. With a bit more care and hospitality, this place could easily live up to its great ambiance.

Truly an amazing experience, the service was impecable, the food was without notes and the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, yet also sophisticated and tasteful. We felt very included through all the service, both before ordering, after ordering, even after we finished our food. Definitely a MUST visit place when in Mallorca!

Pre-booked lunch for 3 persons on a Tuesday between Christmas and New Year. Wonderfully warm welcome from co-owner Daniel, and his front of house server Vera, both of whom speak English fluently. Lots of recommendations from Vera on the day’s menu. Highlights were the filo pastry starters and the mussels in green curry. The apple dessert was one of the best I’ve tasted. You can tell when I really really love a restaurant because the food is so tasty that I forget to even photograph it. Balm did not disappoint. Ingredients were fresh and delicious, every dish was well made, great wine, lovely atmosphere, and staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I couldn’t recommend enough. They also had the only vegan aioli I’ve had in Spain, or ever, and it was so delicious. Run, don’t walk, to try this cute little spot.

We loved Balm and went twice. Vera deserves 6 Stars for service. Her explanation of the dishes, how they are cooked and what combinations work is amazing, and you are kept engaged for the whole meal. It's a great experience and you feel like you want to stay when you're finished. The food is very inventive and is explained to you in detail. It's also so fresh in that there's always something they may not have that day but something equally as interesting. I felt in a nearby restaurant that you speak when spoken to but this was a completely different and positive experience.
