Aberdeenshire coast is second to none..... Shame it's the bloody North Sea ...cold as heck .... However picturesque just the same

we spent a hot summers day on balmedie beach and had a great time, the sand is soft and the beach is really clean. there is ample payand display parking, as well as toilets and a playground. there is a fair stretch of coast and even on a busy day was not crowded. the beach has a back drop of sand dunes, this are a little hard to navigate through to get one and off but there is a disable pathway available.
