This was by far, the most disorganized hotel I have ever stayed at! When we arrived, they could not find our reservation. Not until we sent them a mail copy of our reservation, our booking was accepted. While we were waiting, other guests came in with the same problem. ||We were asked to sit down, while they prepared our room, which was not ready, in spite of the fact that it was after the normal check in time. After a long wait, we were told that it would take at least one more hour, because the hotel was fully booked! Don’t they have staff enough to be fully booked?||We went out for a couple of hours and came back to finally get the keys to our room, just to see that the room still was not cleaned. We went out again while they cleaned it, and it seemed ok, until we noticed that they had forgotten to give us towels. I called the reception, who said that they would send us towels immediately. Those towels never turned up!||Next morning it was time for a rather good breakfast. However, the only source for hot water was the kind of apparatus, where you have a blue tap for cold water and a red for hot. It was definitely not capable to supply hot water for all the tea consumed at a breakfast in a big hotel! The water was not even lukewarm! When I told the waiter about the problem, he had to test the water in my cup with his finger, to believe me! Unbelievable!||It is a pity, really, because the hotel in itself is quite nice, but that doesn’t help, when the staff and organisation doesn’t work!
