Baltazár Grill Restaurant in the Buda Castle

If you’re looking for a good place to eat, don’t hesitate to come to Balataza Grill. The service from Kristian is excellent—he will make sure your visit is as pleasant as possible with great attention and recommendations. Follow his advice and you won’t go wrong. The food is delicious, and the value for money is unbeatable. The environment is awesome & services is excellent.

Stopped by for a late lunch. The staff were friendly and gentle, which set a nice tone. We had the BBQ pork ribs – they were good, nothing extraordinary, and served a bit on the cooler side. We also tried the Chicken Paprika, which was really tasty and very tender. It could’ve been a bit warmer too, though personally I don’t mind, as I’m not a huge fan of food served piping hot. But if you like your meals really hot, just something to keep in mind. All in all, it’s worth giving this place a try – the flavours were nice and the atmosphere was relaxed.

We went to this restaurant in Budapest — an incredible place near the castle, truly beautiful. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the atmosphere very calm and relaxed. We ate at Baltazar while on vacation, everything was great! Beuce was our waiter, and he was not only professional and personal, he also was genuinely happy at his job. The burgers were awesome, and cooked exactly to order. The prices were very reasonable , and the restaurant had a really good vibe. The only issue was that my wife ordered an item that was not typical to her dining choices, so it was not what she anticipated. Overall it was an enjoyable dining experience.

Searched online and found Baltazar Grill Restaurant, so we went around 5:30 PM for an early dinner. We enjoyed a pleasant meal. The barbecue ribs were a definite highlight – it was really tender and delicious. While the service was average, it was okay and met our needs. Plus, its location close to our hotel in the Castle District was super convenient!

We had a really nice time having food there with atmost elegant customer service by ESZTER who helped us over selecting the specialities at the restaurant with great consideration and effort. We had their specialities salmon, duck and a crispy chicken burger with wine and cocktail. The food is delicious. Thank you so much ESZTER for the amazing service.

Came here for breakfast based on the reviews and had a fairly poor overall experience. The food was fine but this place is extremely overpriced. Despite living in Munich, this was easily the most expensive breakfast we've had in a long time. There were some additional aspects that left a bad taste in our mouth. For example, we were charged almost 2 euros for a tiny saucer of ketchup. The icing on the cake was the 15% service charge we had to pay on top of the total bill despite the service being fairly disinterested. All in all - do not recommend.
