Great views and nice getaway from the sun! The park is very green and has shade which makes it cooler than other places. It’s a good walk around 2 km (both ways) and the views are soo good!

The observation deck originally dated back from 16th century and later evolved into a bastion. It provides panoramic views of San Sebastián’s coastline, including La Concha Bay, Zurriola Beach, and the surrounding cityscape.
You can walk up from the San Telmo musuem and it take about 15 mins to get there.

Great views of the city, beaches and mountain. We went at sunset and it was beautiful. Would recommend.

To go up to the top, it takes around 30 min with all the stops for photos and enjoying the view. To go down it also takes some time but on the way down you have a great viewpoint at the other surfing beach so make sure not to miss it! It's worth seeing for sure.
Probably my favourite view in the whole city.

Amazing views up here of the two beaches and also San Sebastián. Took us about 15 minutes to walk up to the observation point and you will be greeted with a free postcard panoramic view of the beach and town. Highly recommended!

Another great photo opportunity on the way to the top or on the way down whichever way you you make your way to the top, please wear good flat shoes, the pathways are step and rocky, wheelchair access may be possible as I did see roadways on the way up but please check with the local tourist office

It was an especially important defensive site, starting in the 12th century. Today, Monte Urgull draws visitors for its views of the city and bay, La Concha and Ondarreta beaches, Santa Clara Island, and Monte Igueldo, the western headland.
