Bambi Land Child Care Dearborn

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I have never written a review before but as a mom I knew I had to say something and let the rest of you moms know what you're getting yourself into. Long story short, I use to bring my toddler to this daycare but that didn't last long. My kid first started loving this place but it didnt take long before the kicks and cries started. I had a mommy feeling that something wasn't right. When you ask the rude owner, she gets into defensive mode and claims they treat the kids like one of their own. I brushed it off and prayed for the best. One time I dropped off my kid and went to sign in and while doing that I saw one of the teachers peak to see if I had left yet and then told the other teacher no shes still here. This made me very nervous. I eventually left and took my kid to a different daycare which turned out to be the best daycare in Dearborn! I let it go and though many said I should've done something I didnt. But one day at the new daycare, someone recognized my kid and asked me their name to confirm it was them. She told me that she was so happy to see me kid at this new daycare because she use to work at Bambiland and told me the horrific stories about what they do when they get frustrated with them. They act loving in front of the parents until they leave. She told me she remembered my kid being yelled at and mistreated so many times. She was so happy to see that my kid is not there anymore and said I made the best decision leaving that place. She called them very unprofessional and said kids are just numbers to them. This broke me into so many pieces and it had been a long time since my kid was there but after hearing this testimony I wanted to warn the rest of you. I dont care how they will respond to this. Of course they will deny but trust me from one mom to another, dont bring your kid here PERIOD.

My son was in bambiland for 2 years. I highly recommend Noor and Liqa they were amazing with him and treated him like their own kids. Hes in kindergarten now and he always tells he wants to go back to bambiland. 😂

A place where infections and diseases spread due to the negligence of teachers and staff and the lack of supervision. They use fixed cups for drinking water for all children without washing or sterilizing them, which spreads infections. Protect your children and stay away from this place.

Unsafe daycare. Staff negligence leads to infections spreading — children share the same unwashed cups for water, and the door is often left open with no supervision. Major health and safety risks. "THIS DAYCARE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL”.

Unfortunately, our experience at Bambi School has been disappointing. We have serious concerns about the way the kindergarten teacher interacts with the children. We’ve noticed instances where the teacher has been harsh and lacks the warmth and patience that young kids truly need at this age. As parents, we expect a nurturing and supportive environment, and sadly, that hasn’t been the case. We hope the school takes steps to address this issue seriously and ensures better care for the children moving forward.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I felt I had to. I called both places to ask about their pricing, and they provided one amount over the phone. However, when I visited in person, they gave me a completely different price. Additionally, they invited me to come for a tour, but when I arrived, they said they were fully booked and placed me on a waiting list. This experience was incredibly unprofessional.

I don’t write reviews but I feel they deserved one. I highly recommend Bambi land for parents looking for daycare. My daughter was enrolled in the Dearborn heights location and they care so much about kids. She has learned so much and her behavior has changed since she started. All teachers are so nice and there are always activities that keep kids happy. I was afraid at the beginning as a mom I need to have my kids in safe hand and for sure Faten and her team are the best.

I highly recommend this daycare especially Dearborn heights branch where my son is enrolled. I am so satisfied from there way of treating my son he is 2 years old and I can easily notify the difference in his behavior and learning level since he started with them. A very professional stuff, respectful ,helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for everything especially to Dina the manager there and for sure for the teacher and all the stuff.

Parents, please be cautious. At this daycare, infections spread due to poor hygiene -- children are made to drink from the same unwashed cups. Even more concerning, the door is often left open with no staff monitoring. This is not a safe environment for kids. I cannot recommend this daycare.

I would never recommend this daycare. Infections and sickness spread because staff allow children to share the same cups without washing or sanitizing them. There is little supervision, and shockingly, the door is often left open with no one watching. It feels careless and unsafe. For your child's health and safety, please stay away from this place.
