A week's yoga holiday in a beautiful setting with lovely people. |The accommodation comprises cabins by the beach with a verandah including a hammock. Some have outdoor bathrooms which makes for a lovely showering experience. The days start with light breakfast followed by meditation, yoga, brunch, a couple of hours of free time, then afternoon tea, yoga, enough time to watch the sunset and then dinner. |If you choose a holiday rather than a retreat you'll get a range of classes: more energetic in the morning and gentler in the afternoon. Between the 12 sessions we attended, we had 6 different instructors covering a range of styles. This was really useful for us as not very experienced yoga practitioners as we had a chance to try different styles both of yoga and teaching. All the instructors are very experienced, enthusiastic and approachable. |And the food... absolutely delicious and plentiful. Creative salads and tasty curries. All veggie, but I think they'll rustle up some chicken or fish if you fancy it (I didn't ask as I'm veggie, but I think this is the case). |We went as a pair, but there were plenty of solo people there, and I would happily go alone. |The staff are lovely and so helpful. They clearly want you to have a great time and do their best to make sure you do. |This is a wonderful place to chill, practice yoga, enjoy time at the beach and eat delicious food. |I'll be back!
