Peaceful, tranquil and Yves was so helpful with everything. We had a wonderful stay with our family in a beautiful bungalow with plenty of room, free kitchen access, and a fridge full of bottled water. Particularly useful having so much support with transport in and out of town and the local countryside (Erawan, etc.)

We stayed here for 3 nights, and wished we had found it earlier. The hosts are very friendly, the garden is lovely, the room is basic but nice and clean, and the home cooking is very tasty. Many thanks for a very pleasant stay.

The owner are really really friendly and willing to help you in any means. They are even willing to pick u up from the Kanchanaburi downtown. They also borrow their own bike to go around. They speak French, English and Thai. The guest house is really like a local family house yard with many trees. It is locate in a lane so very quiet. A good place to relax. The apartment has AC, hot water, and the body wash liquid is a natural herbal soap liquid which is very nice. For food they can serve. 7 11 delivery service is also available. If you prefer local natural vibe, this place is a good choice. The service is close during Covid outbreak, but now they are preparing to start again. We visit before they are ready but they are really welcome.

We are a family of 4 (2 children) and stayed here a couple of days. The guesthouse is pretty basic, but clean and has a really nice atmosphere. Yves was a wonderful host and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time! He lent us his motorcycle with sidespan so we could explore the village and surroundings. He was also really helpful in finding us good tours and transportation and most of the times he could even fix us discounts. Very recommended!

Very basic apartment (and the mattresses are hard like the most beds in Thailand) but a good place to stay. Yves and Deng are the best hosts and they are very helpful to make your stay wonderful! They can arrange tours (to Erawan National Park, dead rail and elephant Haven for instance) if you want to and inform you good places to eat. On our first day Yves brought us to a wonderful quiet temple nearby, located on the hill and in a cave.

The room is clean, very reasonable price with 4 bottles of water/ night, all you need is there. Whole kitchen, frigde are free to use. They have 2 lovely dogs and 1 cat. The owners are soo lovely, they even pick me up and send me at the train station, give me for free their motobike to drive around. P Den carefully called me just to tell me don't be scare at night if I hear any loud sound because some birds are in mating season (as I went alone). But it actually very peaceful from 10pm, no sound after 10pm except soft sounds from insects (as I am quite sensitive with sound too). The location just next to Keeree Mantra, where have most beautiful close to natural restaurant. Highly recommened for solo traveller.

The place by itself is very pretty, a lush haven, but what made it special for us was its hosts. Yves and Deng took really great care of us and made us feel like we're home away from home.||Nong Bua is a small town about 20 min drive from Kanchanaburi center. If you're a non thai speaking newcomer, it's not an easy place to get around. When we needed to get some supplies from nearby or go to the bus station to go someplace, Yves offered to drop us off which saved us a lot of time and energy. Deng being a Kanchanaburi native, pulled a lot of connections for us at fair prices, one being the kayak trip at the Kwai river which turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip for us. If you are an outdoor activity person it's worth your day. The route is 15 kms from Nong Bua to the Kwai Bridge and it lasts up to 3.5-4 hrs to complete if the current is weak. Its 500 u and they shuttle you to sabai sabai and back.||Deng if you tell her beforehand, can cook dinner at her own kitchen for 100 u apiece which is more than fair since she's a great cook. I've tasted some of the best thai dishes from her.||We stayed at the bungalow for 350 u a night which didn't have much room but came with a mosquito tent and it was comfortable enough. The bungalow also has a fan but we didn't use it since nights are cool enough this season.||Family dogs black bear, panda and mipu have kept us company the whole time, i miss them still:) And i can't thank Yves and Deng enough to making our stay worthwhile.||

To start I want to thank this wonderful couple for helping us get around the area and go the extra extra extra mile on treating us like friends ! I never felt so welcome in a stranger house like I did with Yves. Him and his family are super hosts.|Great location , the bamboo house looked stunning and he was a great help to know where to go and where to visit. I suggest you take his advise on everything has his heart his pure and full of love. We were only planning to stay 1 night , we ended up staying an extra one just to ear his story’s and get to know them better . |Safe place and away from tourist routes . We will stop by again next time we come Thailand. ||Au revoir mon ami !
