Banana Republic

Raven was a helpful sales associate. She made the experience great. We had a dinner last minute & needed a few outfits for my boyfriend for a nice dinner. We went home washed it & everything shrank even tho the items are pre shrunk. I followed washing directions & they shrank beyond repair. Went back to the store the following morning & the manager Suelana issued us a full refund. That is great customer service. Unfortunately we didn’t get to wear the outfit to dinner but we did get our refund. Thank you!

Being in the Galleria Mall already puts this location at an advantage regarding convenience, but it continues to stand out in many other ways. The inside is very welcoming with the ornate architecture, but what is truly welcoming is the staff. They remember you by your name if your frequent the store regularly such as myself (I am three-peat Luxe member) and are very knowledgeably of current and upcoming products, including sales promotions.

Very rude and snobby staff. Not helpful. Have to chase down people for help and to check out.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I went looking for one suit, and cannot tell you how many I tried before finding the right fit. The staff were super helpful in getting me the right sizes and different options to try. I ended up walking out with 3 suits that I wear regularly.

I attempted to return an item I purchased at Banana republic outlet store. The receipt says that the item can be returned to any US store within 30 days. So I did, but at this location it was told me that it can only be returned to an outlet (“end of discussion…”), but again the receipt says that it can be returned to any banana republic store in US, and nothing else. They where very dismissive of me. No chance to do the right thing for a customer(s) that they lost forever… 😟

be aware of Banan republic policy. I had $ 50 in rewards point and when I went to get it guess what it expire and they never told me it would be. So I am not buying anymore from that company and also I breaking my banana republic credit card. I think is very unfair of what they just did. They just lost a customer because I believe in loyalty and they were not loyal to me. For me my $50 en rewards was something for them is peanut and they took it from mer. It belong to me ! so friends be aware and if you have a reard use it immediately you won't never know what could happen

I love the quality and the look of the fashion at Banana Republic...as you look at the shirts, pants, jackets, etc, you can tell that they are well made and that they will last for a long time. I usually shop for sales and clearance items, when you can get even a better deal. Also, if you sign up for their emails, you get a welcome coupon and periodic offers..not a bad deal..... Banana Republic is an upscale clothing and accessories retailer owned by the Gap. Was here earlier today with my girlfriend but forgot to check in. Have to say, this was some of the best service I've ever received from a BR...and I'm a long time customer. I don't fit the typical profile, so often am ignored until checkout. This time we were greeted immediately and told about their current sale. They even helped find an item I couldn't locate in my size. They looked to see if items were available online too. Note: if you order while in the store, there's no charge for shipping. Right now they are running an amazing sale for card holders -- 50 percent off regular priced clothing (everything actually) plus an additional 10 percent. I found an amazing dress, my friend got two pairs of jeans for herself...and a pair of dress slacks for her husband at discounted prices. The thing about BR is that the quality is good. We both remarked that you can buy something here -- those classic items -- and they'll last for years as they are so well made. Anyhow, if you're in the market for their style of clothes, go within the next few days and take advantage of their friends and family sale. It can't be beat!

This is a great store with great staff. I went in to purchase a birthday gift and the sales person who help me went out of her way to ensure that the outfit match perfectly and she even box it up and a nice presentation box for me. The store always has a variety of sizes and it's always well stocked.

As I walk into a Banana Republic store, I have a routine... look for new colors and patterns in the Sloan pants, check for sale items in my size and peruse the petites. This sounds easy but often I get distracted along the way. On this day, I made my circuit through the store but didn't find too much. This is not one of their larger stores so I found the sale section smaller and limited in the smaller sizes. I wasn't approach to be offered assistance which I really didn't need but it's nice to be asked. As a devoted Banana customer, this is not one of my favorite stores but for the basic merchandise they fill the need. Also, the off the beaten path stores do occasionally have a great find on the sale rack... I recently got a great pair of Sloans in one of these stores. I will continue to stop here just in case. ;-) Happy shopping!

I've been a Banana Republic fan and customer for many years. The clothes, for the most part, have a modern design and are made well. Since living in Fort Lauderdale, I frequent the BR store at the Galleria mall often and always find the staff to be exceptional in their customer service and product knowledge. I recently took advantage of the big sale at BR and purchased 3 suits online. I had a few returns and exchange from the purchase; and Suzan, the manager, was simply amazing in her customer service. She spent a lot of time by calling various stores to find the rare size I was looking for in a suit jacket. After giving me great feedback in the fit of the suit, she ordered the item for me via the BR website. Again, everyone from the managers to the staff are excellent at this great BR location. Thank you, Suzan and your excellent staff for taking great care of me.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but I shopped there last week and bought two sweaters for Christmas presents. The cashier ignored me for some reason as I was standing getting ready to pay, and then another staff member came out to ring up my sale and he was just as rude. I asked about their return policy for Christmas and was told to read the receipt. Instead, I asked him if the sweaters could be returned with the receipt after Christmas, he essentially told me it could be returned for whatever the current sale price was if it still had the tags on. Well I'm going to return both sweaters tomorrow on principle, and I won't be shopping here again. Ba humbug banana republic! Pls get a Christmas return policy.

I come to this store often with BR merchandise online for either a return or exchange. The staff are always very helpful and patient when going through my receipts with me. They do their best to find the sizes or styles I'm looking for. This is my go-to store!

I really love banana republic but most of the time I just buy online, recently I had to go to return some short that I bought for my husband, I really don't have much idea about men cloths, there where really help me with what I wanted so I could find exactly what my husband wanted.

So disappointing! I am a loyal BR customer and live in Fort Lauderdale. Their selection is very limited and staff are very cold unlike the other stores I have frequented over the years. They always seem not that busy, and there is no real engagement with the customers at all. Really want to love this place to avoid driving across the county but even with my repeated visits no luck!

I did not find one banana in this store. ( I kid ) the clothing here is always top notch. The price is always a little more but the quality is always great.

Shopped here on Sunday February 21st, 2016 and will never return. The rudest salespeople on earth. They are just plain lazy and not nice at all. They all seem to have attitude problems.
